We had a great stay at Blue Waters. Everyone at Prestige Villas were great. Booking was really easy. The villa was amazing. Very well equipped and nice and clean. The pool area had the most amazing view. You will definitely need a car but be warned the roads in Corfu can be a little treacherous! Benitses is only 10 mins by car and has lots of restaurants for an evening meal. We drove over to the other side of the island to visit the beaches there which were lovely with plenty of sunbeds and restaurants/bars. It only took around 20 minutes to get to them. I would definitely recommend staying at Blue Waters if you are thinking of heading to Corfu. A nice luxurious villa.

We had a great stay at Blue Waters. Everyone at Prestige Villas were great. Booking was really easy. The villa was amazing. Very well equipped and nice and clean. The pool area had the most amazing view. You will definitely need a car but be warned the roads in Corfu can be a little treacherous! Benitses is only 10 mins by car and has lots of restaurants for an evening meal. We drove over to the other side of the island to visit the beaches there which were lovely with plenty of sunbeds and restaurants/bars. It only took around 20 minutes to get to them. I would definitely recommend staying at Blue Waters if you are thinking of heading to Corfu. A nice luxurious villa.

'Absolutely Delightful '
We had the most delightful stay at Blue Waters. The villa, pool, and view were wonderful. Communication with Prestige was easy and quick. They were able to supply us with a cot and a baby crib which was very useful. Our group all found the accommodations so comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this villa or a Prestige Villa to any guest!

'Absolutely Delightful '
We had the most delightful stay at Blue Waters. The villa, pool, and view were wonderful. Communication with Prestige was easy and quick. They were able to supply us with a cot and a baby crib which was very useful. Our group all found the accommodations so comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this villa or a Prestige Villa to any guest!

The villa is fantastic, modern, incredibly well equipped (for example loads of glasses, crockery and cutlery) spotlessly clean, with beautiful grounds and the most amazing views, which we will all miss. It is certainly down a very interesting track(!) but well worth the difficult last 200metres.One of our rented cars struggled with the track so I recommend that you have a fairly powerful car (i.e not the smallest). The location is very private and yet just a couple of miles from Benitses which has a small beach and some very good tavernas and restaurants as well as stores, chemists, bakery and bars. The west coast of the island is only 20 minutes away, and is a beautiful drive. Corfu town is 20 minutes by taxi ( and George the taxi driver is fantastic!) or a quick bus trip once you have walked 3/4 mile down to the main road.
We had one or 2 minor issues but Prestige set up a WhatsApp group for the stay and their responses were incredibly quick, and they resolved all our problems very promptly. Their service was the very best that I have experienced from any holiday company and we will definitely always have them as our first choice villa company in Corfu. Our trip was a family holiday including ages from 1 to oldish(!) and the villa was perfect. The outside areas merge very well with the villa which meant we were able safely manage our toddlers around the pool without any stress, and without anyone feeling they were missing company! This is quite simply a truly special holiday villa in a very special location, supported by an exceptional team!

Wir waren im Mai/Juni 2022 für 5 Tage in Bluewaters - ein Traum. Wenn das Tor zum Anwesen sich öffnet und der Blick freigegeben wird auf Villa, Garten und Pool, dann meint man, die perfekte Welt gefunden zu haben.
Zur Villa: Sie ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, schicke Sessel, Couches und Möbel, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch für eine größere Gruppe. Die oberen Schlafzimmer ermöglichen wunderbare Blicke auf das Meer, sie sind zudem perfekt vor Mücken geschützt. Die Bäder sind großzügig und modern, es fehlt an nichts. Die unteren Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht bewohnt, aber angeschaut. Auch sie ermöglichen den perfekten Urlaub.
Im geschmackvoll möblierten Außenbereich der Villa hat sich 'das Leben abgespielt', was auch daran lag, dass wir ausschließlich gutes Wetter hatten. Unter einer schattenspendenden Überdachung steht ein großer Esstisch mit ausreichend Stühlen, ferner finden sich auch hier geschmackvolle Sitzmöbel und ein großer Grill. Dieser Bereich ist auch die Heimat der reizenden Katze Fleckos, die sich über jede Streicheleinheit freut.
Irgendwie spielt sich dann doch alles rund um den grandiosen Infinty-Pool ab, von dem man über zwei, drei weitere Grundstücke direkt auf das Meer sehen kann. Der Pool ist angenehm temperiert und wir regelmäßig gereinigt. Sehr bequeme Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen reichlich zur Verfügung. Hin und wieder fliegt ein Flugzeug im Landeanflug über dem Meer; wir fanden das aber keineswegs störend. Im Gegenteil machten wir uns einen Spaß daraus zu erraten, welche Maschine gerade im Landeanflug ist und ob der Flugplan eingehalten wird. Es sind ja auch nicht allzu viele Flugzeuge.
Schließlich ein Wort zum Garten, der ebenfalls regelmäßig gepflegt wird und mit seinen Olivenbäumen und schönen Sträuchern das Idyll perfekt vervollkommnet.
Blue waters liegt sehr günstig, sowohl für einen Ausflug in die Stadt, als auch für Fahrten in den Süden oder an die Westküste.
Blue waters verdient die Bestnote. Eine tolle Villa auf einer wunderschönen Insel - besser geht es nicht!!!

We stayed in Blue Waters for 5 days in May/June 2022 - a dream. When the gate to the property opens and the view of the villa, garden and pool is revealed, then you think you have found the perfect world.
About the villa: it is very comfortably furnished, chic armchairs, couches and furniture, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, even for a larger group. The upper bedrooms allow wonderful views of the sea, they are also perfectly protected from mosquitoes. The bathrooms are spacious and modern, nothing is missing. We didn't live in the downstairs bedrooms, but looked at them. They also make the perfect holiday possible.
In the tastefully furnished outdoor area of the villa, 'life happened', which was also due to the fact that we only had good weather. Under a shady canopy is a large dining table with enough chairs, as well as tasteful seating and a large grill. This area is also home to the adorable Fleckos cat, who loves to be petted.
Somehow everything takes place around the grandiose infinity pool, from which you can see the sea over two or three other properties. The pool has a pleasant temperature and is cleaned regularly. Very comfortable loungers and umbrellas are plentiful. Now and then an airplane flies over the sea on approach; we didn't find that disturbing at all. On the contrary, we made it fun to guess which machine is currently approaching and whether the flight plan is being followed. There aren't that many planes either.
Finally, a word about the garden, which is also regularly maintained and completes the idyll perfectly with its olive trees and beautiful shrubs.
Blue waters is very conveniently located for both a trip into town and for trips south or west coast.
Blue waters deserves top marks. A great villa on a beautiful island - it doesn't get any better than this!!!

Fantastische Villa in toller Lage.
Wir waren im Sommer 2021 auf „Blue Waters“ eingeladen und haben einen großartigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen und besticht mit einer besonderen Architektur, die es ermöglicht vom Swimmingpool, über die Aussenterrassen bis hin zu Küche und Wohnbereichen alles auf einer Ebene zu arrangiert zu haben.
Das unglaubliche Grün und die Gartenanlage um die Villa herum sind ebenfalls traumhaft. Die Ruhe ist wirklich beeindruckend. Es gibt im Umkreis von 100 Metern keine Nachbarn. Dennoch ist man nur 20 Minuten vo Kerkira Stadt (Weltkulturerbe) entfernt.
Der Meerblick ist insbesondere am Nachmittag außergewöhnlich schön, wenn sich die Farbe des Meeres in dunkles Blau verwandelt. (Vermutlich kommt daher der Name der Villa)
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll uns lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir kommen gerne (schon bald) wieder.

The villa leaves nothing to be desired and impresses with its special architecture, which makes it possible to have everything from the swimming pool to the outdoor terraces to the kitchen and living areas arranged on one level. The incredible greenery and the gardens around the villa are also fantastic. The calm is really impressive. There are no neighbors within 100 meters. Nevertheless, you are only 20 minutes from Kerkira city (World Heritage Site). The sea view is exceptionally beautiful, especially in the afternoon when the color of the sea turns dark blue. (This is probably where the name of the villa comes from) The decor is very tasteful and leaves nothing to be desired. We'll be back (soon)

Easily could be a 5 star place. Booking team was great. Car was a MUST due to remote property and the lack of taxis that want to come there. Having no A/C in living area was problematic. Though we all tolerated the heat it definitely changed how we all felt about the experience. There was a cat that if you didn’t feed would meow excessively. You couldn’t keep it out. Our biggest disappointment was since we were so remote cooking was essential. Oven didn’t work and stove had one good burner. There was an active hornets nest that prevented us from our dinner one night.

Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry you felt the villa deserved a 3/5. We do clearly state on the website that car hire at Blue Waters is essential along with the distances to amenities. We also don't advertise AC in the living room - we do state on the website that there is AC in all bedrooms With the design of the villa being a inside/outside experience the owner decided not to have AC in the lounge and opted for a high end ceiling fan which most of our clients have found more than acceptable. NB: for future guests information, a large AC unit has now been installed in the living room following this review.
Cats are part of Corfu life and are found at all villas and locals homes - we don't encourage guests to feed them but they are great deterrents for snakes etc.
We have never received any complaints regarding the oven, there are 2 ovens both of which work, the bigger one of the two does take longer to heat up as it is a semi professional oven and requires extra power which is limited due to local infrastructure - we did have issues with the automatic ignition for one of the 5 burners but we did provide you with a lighter to light is manually. Chris visited you during your stay and showed you how to work it manually. We have also made the owner aware and we expect him to fix this before the next season. NB: for future guests information, a brand new Range Oven has now been installed in the Kitchen following this review.

A slice of Corfu Heaven... Fantastic customer service from Prestige Villas. Any enquiries we had were answered straight away. Blue Waters is a fabulous family villa, we loved how compact it all was. The pool and surrounding gardens are simply beautiful. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Our holiday was perfect. Stunning villa in a great location. Secluded but close enough to the towns if you want to head out. Wouldn't change a thing. Annabelle and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble!
We also used Prestige Yachting to hire a catamaran one day - Amazing experience and would definitely recommend.
No criticisms whatsoever but an FYI for future renters - The drive up/down to the villa is steep so if you are a nervous driver, it might not be the one for you but it's a very quiet road so once we had done it once, we didn't think it was bad at all.
Couldn't recommend Prestige Villas of Corfu enough, I wish they covered other islands too!

Super villa ! très bien équipée !
Pleine de charme, car bien décorée
Bien agencée. Tout le monde peut avoir son intimité .
Nous avons voyagé avec nos enfants en bas âge et ce qui est appréciable c’est l’espace entre le coin détente de la terrasse et la piscine.
On peut les avoir à l’œil facilement
La vue mer est belle .
La literie est agréable.
Seul bémol , mais je crois que c’est souvent le cas pour les villas dans ce pays c’est qu’il n’y a pas de volets . Donc jamais le noir complet dans les chambres .
Nos enfants y sont habitués et donc le matin les réveils s’est fait plus tôt ...
Sinon tout était parfait ! C’est avec plaisir que l’on retournera à Corfou et pourquoi pas à la villa blue watters !

We traveled with our small children and what is nice is the space between the lounging area on the terrace and the pool. We can easily see them The sea view is beautiful. The bedding is nice. Only downside, but I think that is often the case with villas in this country is that there are no shutters. So never complete darkness in the bedrooms. Our children are used to it and therefore in the morning they woke up earlier ... Otherwise everything was perfect! It is with pleasure that we will return to Corfu and why not to the villa blue watters!

We traveled with our small children and what is nice is the space between the lounging area on the terrace and the pool. We can easily see them The sea view is beautiful. The bedding is nice. Only downside, but I think that is often the case with villas in this country is that there are no shutters. So never complete darkness in the bedrooms. Our children are used to it and therefore in the morning they woke up earlier ... Otherwise everything was perfect! It is with pleasure that we will return to Corfu and why not to the villa blue watters!

Wow. What an incredible villa.
My family and I stayed at Blue Waters Villa for 7 nights in September and had the most amazing time!
Every year we look for a villa for our family holiday and each year our expectations go up. I can happily say that this villa exceeded all of our expectations and more!
Everything about this Villa is stunning. From the pool area to the bedrooms and living space, everything has been planned out perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and spent so much of our time relaxing in the pool and having BBQs in the outside dining area.
The villa is perfectly situated so that you can easily drive into Corfu town or travel across the island to some of the most beautiful beaches. We hired a 9 person boat for a day and I would highly recommend this if you want to see some of Corfu’s secluded beaches!
As some of the other reviews have pointed out, the villa is located on a very steep hill and this was a bit daunting when we first arrived but after driving up and down a few times we soon got the hang of it.
The only feedback I would give regarding the property is firstly that the dishwasher didn’t work very well and left the glasses with marks on them. We think it may have needed some more dishwasher salts perhaps? Secondly the outdoor dining area doesn’t have much lighting if you want to eat after the sun has set. We felt it could have done with a brighter light above the table just so you could see what you were eating. But I understand the lighting they have did make a nice ambiance if you were not eating.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be looking at coming back next year!

Gosh you were right about the salt in the dishwasher, there is usually always a full box left under the kitchen sink each week but it appears not for your week, the housekeeper must have forgotten, we are so sorry. I wish we had known as we have lots of it in the store cupboard. It took us ages to clean everything by hand, I never realised just what a problem no salt can cause!
We filled the salt to the top and everything came out gleaming on the next wash. That will teach us to make sure there’s always salt made available. We will also look into the lighting around the dining area, it's a new pergola this year and it hadn't been noticed or been mentioned before

Stunning views, beautiful climate, good facilities, great swimming pool, super BBQ area and some friendly, hungry cats. However, the villa was remote, so a car and some confident drivers is essential. Walking somewhere is really not an option.

Absolutely stunning villa - best we’ve stayed in! Beautiful views fabulous facilities. The approach road wasn’t for the faint hearted as it is quite steep so a car with at least half a tank of fuel is needed. Two friendly cats came to visit but weren’t very popular with two of our group that were allergic to cats. Jane and Chris were so helpful - as always, making sure we had everything we needed - including helping us when the fuel was too low in the car to get up the drive. The staff were fabulous and the villa was immaculate. Views were stunning wish we were back there now.

'Oustanding Villa Rental: We are Forever Spoiled'
Blue Waters is hands-down the best vacation villa rental experience we've ever had in our 10+ years of vacay rentals. The location is superb, the house is beautifully and sensibly furnished and outfitted, and the gardens, daily vistas of planes coming in to the Corfu airport while floating in the infinity pool, and a dynamite charcoal-grilling setup made for a memorable stay for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Jane, Chris, and Annabelle of Prestige Villas are terrific: communications are prompt and clear, they have an excellent local housekeeping and maintenance crew, and responded promptly to questions during our stay, whether by phone or text. One caution--and this is in no way as critique of the house: If there are members of your group with mobility issues, this may not be the right match for you. Blue Waters is within walking distance of shops, the Achilleion, and Gastouri village; however the villa is situated down a very steep and windy single-lane road. The 10-minute hike up or down to reach the "main" road requires sturdy shoes, a decent amount of stamina and, at night, a really good flashlight. If you can manage this one issue, this is a wonderful, delightful rental that you will remember for years to come.

We stayed during a hot and humid week, and the one improvement we could suggest is window-screens on as many of the folding doors as possible to avoid incursions of flies and mosquitoes. The house has two resident felines who made our group welcome (we are, mostly, a critter-friendly family). The outdoor grill got many evenings of use, and the kitchen was very well appointed and equipped. Guests should be aware that the villa is a bit off the beaten path, and that the 'driveway' to the house is steep, curvy, and challenging even for experienced local taxi drivers, so it's not an 'I'll just pop out for a loaf of bread' kind of location. All in all, this was one of my family's best-ever villa rental experiences, and we thank the Prestige Villas crew for their great work and high standards for hospitality!

'A Truly Amazing Time'
Having had problems in the past booking with other companies, I was concerned as I hadn’t heard of Prestige Villas before, but I can honestly say that Jane at Prestige Villas was very helpful, she put me at ease and reassured me that there wouldn’t be any problems booking with them. We have just returned from spending two weeks in the villa “Blue Waters” in Gastouri and had a truly amazing time. We were a party of six, travelling with three small children aged from 4 to 7 years; the villa was perfectly suited for all. The pool was a great success with everyone and many hours were spent in it. There is plenty of seating indoors and out for eating and relaxing, with shaded areas when needed. The views from the villa over the sea are amazing. All the rooms are spotlessly clean; bedrooms upstairs have balconies with seating areas in the sun and shade and nicely decorated. All have on suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you could possibly think of, although we ate out most of the time. The television is fully loaded with movies, great for chilling out of the sun. A car is definitely essential as the villa is set in quite a hilly spot. I would definitely suggest booking a car at the same time when booking the villa. Jane arranged for the car to meet us at the airport along with herself and took us to the villa. I would definitely recommend Prestige Villas to anyone and we are already looking at booking a villa with them for next year.
