Bratsera House is located in the central area of the island close to both the sea and the town with total privacy in its own secluded grounds reached via a private road with electric gates.
This 400 square metre, spacious holiday home incorporating a fully independent ground floor apartment offers over-all six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two modern kitchens, multiple shaded outside areas and a large, partly shaded sun deck around the infinity pool.
The huge semi circular main living room on the upper level with its large windows offers majestic views of the sea with the mainland beyond. Here there is a large dining table, double sofas and large wall mounted TV with Sonos music system. For additional relaxation and entertainment the large cupboard houses an ever-expanding library and multiple board games.
The upper level also comprises of a brand new modern fully equipped fitted kitchen, a master bedroom with king size bed with direct access to the balcony overlooking the sea, a large twin-bedded room with bathroom, a small bedroom with bunk-bed, guest toilet and large family bathroom with walk in shower and double wash basin.
The pool level apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's an open plan fully fitted kitchen and sitting room with wall to wall bi-fold doors extending the whole living area to the outside covered dining area where there's a huge dining table seating 12 with stone built BBQ.
The modern contemporary style infinity pool is set in stone patios with a lovely shaded pergola with sunloungers and parasols and an outside giant chess board with magnificent views over the sea.
The house has high ceilings, is fitted with multiple ceiling fans and every bedroom has super silent Air Conditioning. There is also heating in all bedrooms and living room. In summer the A/C in the large living room is disabled to not overstress the electricity system.
Bratsera House is also available as 3-bedroom villa, or 3-bedroom villa with Studio. Please note the lower area is not rented separately and remains locked.
