We had an enjoyable stay. Location was very good and Kassiopi is lovely. Villa is very nice, the outside area in particular. Hosts were mostly responsive to texts, however could benefit from a host meeting you on arrival. There were some issues: no cot or high chair as requested on check in (this was rectified but not ideal as we arrived late with a very tired baby). Internet and tv signal was poor. Cleaners arrive around 8.30/9 in the morning, which isn’t ideal when you’re on a relaxing holiday. Stay was somewhat tainted by the attitude of the owner who told us they ‘were bending over backwards for us’. A very unreasonable and unfair comment. Overall, had a great stay and would recommend to others, just some areas could be improved upon.

Our party of 5 adults stayed at Villa Calypso for 2 weeks in September 2024. We had a wonderful time. The villa is well equipped and comfortable (the water cooler with water provided throughout our stay was a great feature), and the outside space and pool are beautiful. The villa is in a quiet lane, but a short, easy walk from Kassiopi harbour, restaurants, bars and beaches and we did not need a car at all. We recommend the boat trip to Corfu Town, and the bus service along the coast was excellent and good value. The owner and manager were very responsive and helpful with our queries, and the maid service was discreet and excellent. We have already rebooked the villa for next year.

We had the BEST time staying at Villa Calypso. For a start, the whole booking process was easy and the team were warm and friendly. We were on holiday with our 18 year old twins and 3 of their friends so the villa really worked for us with the 3 levels and never felt crowded. The pool and gardens were amazing and beautifully kept and the location was brilliant – so easy to walk into Kassiopi for dinner or a shop. I loved the view from our top bedroom terrace of the sea and Kassiopi castle – a real treat. The villa was cleaned daily and the girls were brilliant – discrete and lovely! We would absolutely love to stay there again!!!

Exceptional service from booking to on-site, friendly and helpful advice. Second time at the villa, fantastic location to take advantage of all that Kassiopi has to offer from the lively bay area to exploring the unspoilt and tranquil little beaches away from it all. Everything is within easy walking distance. Villa has everything you need, the addition of the covered for outside dining is great! Steps up to the villa could be a challenge for less mobile/very young children. Trying to resist booking for a third time!

We had the loveliest time at Villa Calypso. The photos actually don’t do the space justice. There is so much space for 8 adults. The regular visits from the gardener and cleaners are really wonderful. The air con problems that might have been previously mentioned are all fixed. The place is really lovely for a big family or a group of friends. The water cooler was a life saver for us as we got through a lot of water. Only point we would note is there are only 7 sunbeds 8 would have been perfect for all of us. We would recommend the Villa and prestige going forward ! Thank you, we had such a precious family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location and setting was fabulous. Our only complaint would be that the aircon only worked in 2 rooms, along with only 1 remote control. We have been notified by the agent that they have put all new air conditioners in this villa post our stay. Communication with Presige villas was excellent, but it appears this villa is onsite owner managed, communications lacked a bit there.

We stayed at this villa due to its proximity to Soukia Beach and Kassiopi village, both easily accessible by foot. The private pool and walled garden were highlights, though the pool was a bit cold as it was not heated. 'Happy holidays '
Lovely villa. Great location , an easy walk down to the harbour but peaceful setting. The villa was very clean and spacious, lovely outdoor and indoor seating areas. The maid service was excellent. The only negative (and it doesn’t relate to the villa ) is that there is a large dog barking regularly and it woke us early some mornings .

'Just Perfect'
The Calypso Villa in Kassiopi exceeded all our expectations, it was an ideal base for our party of eight. Located less than 10 minutes from the town and port and within 3 minutes walk of a lovely secluded cove, ideal for a peaceful swim. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this
villa to anyone. The water dispenser was a great bonus to have. Both the maids and the pool man, Murat, were always kind and friendly. Well done to all the Prestige team.

A fabulously relaxing stay. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Calypso, from the moment we walked in and saw the stunning villa along with the great welcome pack. The daily cleaning service was an added bonus, as was the water cooler. Everything was perfect and it was such an easy walk into the lovely town centre to sample the many restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to the villa to enjoy more time in Kassiopi. Thank you!

Gorgeous villa within easy reach of Kassiopi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Calypso. It is a beautiful, spacious villa with a lovely pool and outside area. A couple of minor issues with the villa were corrected within 24 hours which was appreciated. A short walk into Kassiopi which is an excellent base for all the attractions of this part of the island. Another bonus is the small cove that is only a few minutes walk from the villa. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous villa within easy reach of Kassiopi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Calypso. It is a beautiful, spacious villa with a lovely pool and outside area. A couple of minor issues with the villa were corrected within 24 hours which was appreciated. A short walk into Kassiopi which is an excellent base for all the attractions of this part of the island. The friendly pool man came several times a week to test the pool and keep the area swept and tidy. I would like to suggest a visitors book to give info on things like problems with the air conditioning as 2 of them wouldn’t work This was easily solved in the end by turning the switch off and on in the fuse box but would have saved time if there had been a book to tell you this sometimes happens. Anyway, it did not spoil our holiday in any way and I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa and Prestige Villas

Prestige lived up to their name. Villa excellent, what a fab idea providing a water cooler which everyone appreciated.
There were a couple of issues were quickly rectified thank you.
My only slight criticism was the pool does need a bit of attention, bit tired and patched up in places.

We stayed at Villa Calypso for 2 weeks this August. The extremely helpful and friendly House Manager responded to any queries immediately and made us feel very comfortable. The wonderful and hard working Housekeeper and her team came in every day to make beds and clean the house which was an added bonus.
The house was comfortable and perfect for our group of 4 children and 4 adults.
It is worth noting that the downstairs bedroom is only accessed from outside at pool level so not suitable for young children.
All in all excellent value for money and very convenient for Kasioppi. We hired a boat there and went out every day from the harbour which was an easy 10 minute walk.
We will definitely book again in the future.

We stayed at Villa Calypso for 2 weeks this August. The extremely helpful and friendly House Manager responded to any queries immediately and made us feel very comfortable. The wonderful and hard working Housekeeper and her team came in every day to make beds and clean the house which was an added bonus.
The house was comfortable and perfect for our group of 4 children and 4 adults.
It is worth noting that the downstairs bedroom is only accessed from outside at pool level so not suitable for young children.
All in all excellent value for money and very convenient for Kasioppi. We hired a boat there and went out every day from the harbour which was an easy 10 minute walk.
We will definitely book again in the future.

Having the cleaners in every day was very useful, as was the ability to have shopping delivered pre-arrival. The location of the villa was also perfect - quiet yet a very easy 10 minute walk down to Kassiopi harbour via quiet lanes. We had a great stay at Villa Calypso with our 3 teenage daughters in July. The villa was spacious, clean and in a great location to walk into town easily.
The only slight negative was that the kitchen was very ill equipped to cook meals if you wanted to of an evening. I’m sure if we had asked for more utensils, ie saucepans would have been provided and the villa still definitely worth 5 stars.

After waiting two years for this holiday it was well worth the wait! The Prestige team could not have been more accommodating and helpful with all the rearranging of dates and villas. Always done with a happy disposition in what must have been an extremely stressful time for the business. The Villa lovely, great location but the best feature was the water machine, which saved lugging water back from the shops, which in 35degree heat was an absolute blessing! Not sure if this is standard across all other accommodation, but a great idea. Will certainly use Prestige again and would thoroughly recommend, responded to any small issues we had very promptly. Think the large UK airports could use their operations skill set!

Having rented Villas in Kassiopi and surrounding area in the recent past Villa Calypso did not disappoint. Ideally located a short stroll to the centre of the village with all the amenities. Villa Calypso is furnished and tastefully decorated to a high standard. We had no issues whatsoever, in fact quite the opposite....comprehensive welcome food pack and even a water dispenser {nice touch] which was replenished throughout our stay.

Having rented Villas in Kassiopi and surrounding area in the recent past Villa Calypso did not disappoint. Ideally located a short stroll to the centre of the village with all the amenities. Villa Calypso is furnished and tastefully decorated to a high standard. We had no issues whatsoever, in fact quite the opposite....comprehensive welcome food pack and even a water dispenser {nice touch] which was replenished throughout our stay.

Lovely villa situated in a quiet location within easy walking distance to the harbour & village with plenty of good restaurants & shops.
The main villa with the kitchen & living accommodation including the 3 main bedrooms was excellent. The outside dining & seating areas are spacious & comfortable. A good size pool & sun loungers were good although pool heating would be a welcome bonus.
Our party didn’t need to use the 4th bedroom by the pool area. I would suggest caution if you are booking & require this as it is completely separate to the main villa not a welcoming as the other bedrooms.

'A Prestige Experience at Villa Calypso'
Fabulous villa, clean, well equipped, perfect for 7 adults to live comfortably, without being on top of each other and the location, in close proximity to Kassiopi harbour with its myriad of good restaurants and tavernas was definitely its greatest asset. Two pebbly beaches (beach shoes needed) were within a short walk through ancient olive groves, for the early morning dip. We couldn't wish for a more perfect location. Due to Covid restrictions we had to cancel and rebook on multiple occasions, which Jane and Annabelle handled in a friendly and professional manner. I would definitely recommend and book with Prestige Villas Corfu again. A top class experience from start to finish -just a shame they weren't able to influence the weather!

'Beautiful Villa, Great Location'
This is a beautiful and comfortable stone-built villa, has the wow factor when you first arrive and plenty of room. It is a short and easy walk into town making this an ideally located villa as it was quiet but close to supermarkets, two bakeries and the restaurants of Kassiopi. Turning right out of the villa we also discovered a lovely walk to Avlaki beach (and a fabulous restaurant there - Cavo Barbaro) which largely followed the coastline. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool kept to a high standard by the lady who came each day to maintain it. We experienced an issue with the hot water which was responded to immediately by Barbara and Prestige staff until this was resolved. This villa delivered on everything we needed from our holiday and was a home from home.

'Villa Calypso'
After 10 years of travelling back and forth to Kassiopi all we can say is we're sorry we hadn't booked with Prestige earlier. The booking was so easy and even with Covid the customer service was exemplary. Annabelle and Jane offered us many options depending on what was going to happen and what was best for us, this made the whole thing so easy, a huge contrast to the previous company.
On arrival the villa was spotless and beautifully maintained, credibly classy in it's furnishing and a maid came everyday at precisely 11am.
As a family we cannot thank the Prestige team enough for making everything so easy, we will always book with them in the future.

'A Relaxing Holiday'
This Villa was perfect in every way. It’s location in Kassiopi meant we could walk to the tavernas and bars. Where Did We Stay? I found a villa company called Prestige Villas Of Corfu and the perfect match - the property was called Calypso and comprised four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool, a mere eight minute walk from the hub of Kassiopi. It also had reliable WiFi - much as I have the greatest of respect for people who smugly claim to discard their phones for a week whilst on holiday to ‘get away from it all’, the reality is that ALL of my family would rather spend a week in a frozen cave in Outer Siberia with only dead fish for company than be without social media (or in Joe’s case, a motor trade balance sheet). Set over three floors and sleeping eight, the master bedroom suite overlooked the sea and the sun loungers were cream pad cushioned. I always take the quality of my sun loungers very seriously when considering holidays. I would class the price of the villa as mid to high - not cheap, but every room was simply yet beautifully decorated and everything was provided, from pool and bath towels, through to a water cooler, a pool man and a housekeeper who arrived promptly at 1.30 pm daily to clean and tidy. Heaven.

We absolutely loved our 5 nights at Villa Calypso. It was spacious, stylishly decorated and had a fabulous pool. The close proximity to the restaurants, shops and bars of Kassiopi meant we didn’t even need to rent a car. It was a luxury having daily housekeeping visits and the outside area was kept spotless by daily visits from Haris who was extremely helpful answering any of our queries.

The villa was described as de luxe xxxxx but failed to meet that standard and certainly was not worth the cost. No tv Service was available on arrival and even though the owner put this right by the first Wednesday of our holiday it should not have happened. There were kennels near the property and we had to put up with dogs barking loudly throughout the day including early morning,together with the constant calling of cockerels! Olives had fallen from two trees overhanging the sides of the swimming pool and were uncomfortable and dangerous to walk on they should have been removed on a daily basis. The villa was very impressive to look at and very well furnished but the route in and out town on foot was very uneven and dangerous particularly at night.

Unfortunately, dogs and wildlife are part of rural living in Greece as are Olives falling late in the season which the gardener and pool guy do try and keep swept on their regular visits, albeit not daily.
I am glad that you thought the villa was impressive and well furnished, this in our opinion is the reason why we would describe it as a deluxe property. The road into the village is a side lane off the High Street and although tarmaced is slightly uneaven in parts. After speaking with Jane and discussing the kind of resort we were looking for, we opted for two weeks in Kassiopi with our teenage children and their friends. Villa Calypso was the perfect recommendation. Clean and tidy, plenty of space inside and out, bbq, well kitted out kitchen and lovely pool. It was great to be provided with a water dispenser, coffee and other 'welcome pack' items. The location was ideal, being just a short stroll into the village and the harbour with a huge choice of local tavernas all serving great food at reasonable prices. No sandy beach but lots of beautiful coves with pebbles or large boulders - and lots of spots for rock jumping! We didn't hire a car but used the taxi firm recommended by Prestige for our airport transfers. They were excellent. Overall a great holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

If we had any suggestions for the property they would be the outside spaces which would benefit from new parasols, cushions for the dining and casual furniture none of which seemed to match or fit. Cleaners came everyday so no issues there - more tea towels and oven gloves would be great together with the basics from the previous guests being left. Salt, Pepper, Oil, firefighters, matches etc. Having the water dispenser was a great addition. Thank you !! Great place for the family.

Lost power and hot water for a day but promptly rectified after a message.. Very grateful for late checkout. Appreciate very much Nespresso and water cooler. Cleaner replaced towels etc every few days. Only downside...those bloody dogs barking at dawn down the road. And they are lovely dogs as we passed them every day so hesitate to mention them as I do not want repercussions for them but perhaps the owners could take them out for a walk or two? As guard dogs they are very effective noisemakers. We didn't need aircon at all so can't comment on that. All in all with extended family and mixed weather the villa worked for us. Thanks so much.
