The car hire was seamless and such good value.We were met by the car hire company as soon as we exited with our luggage and the whole process was over in no time at all. So much better than queuing up at the airport time in the usual way. This is an excellent option if you are renting a vehicle.

A good service, although not quite as we expected from the description. We were met at Arrivals, and were driven to a car rental office just outside the airport. So we did have to go to a rental office and we did have to wait once there.
Our Reply: Hi Julia, thank you for taking the time to post a review & sorry it wasn't what you expected. Unfortunately contracts are not allowed to be signed on the airport premises, hense why most car rental agencies are located outside of the airport. We do also mention the arrival process in our booking confirmation email. Thanks again!

''The car hire company were fantastic, they were there to meet us from the airport and within 30 mins we were driving away in a car ! Such a quick turn around. The staff were really helpful and gave us a map with circles round things we wanted to do and suggestions of where to eat.
Nothing was to much trouble ! Would defiantly use them again. So easy. Thank you''

''We used the Prestige Car Hire. Alex was in the arrivals hall as planned, the car was about 50m outside the terminal. To return the car we just drove back to where we picked the car up and met Alex at the agreed time. Super smooth process, no queues, no hassles.''

Great, hassle free car hire! Met at the airport, taken straight to the car and everything explained and dealt with quickly and professionally. Full insurance cover and no hidden costs. Brilliant!

''Mixed review. I was given an A car upon arrival rather than a B car. The A car was very small and my suitcase didn’t even fit in the back.
After discussion with the office it was swapped to another car which was much more roomy. I did scratch the car getting up the tricky driveway of villa Rossi but the car hire place we’re true to their word on full insurance and there were no issues when I returned the car and pointed out the scratch.''

''The car hire was really well organised. The very friendly Iannis met us at the arrivals gate and took us to the car parked just outside. We then drove a few minutes to their office to sort out paperwork and we were off. On the way back, Iannis met us in front of the airport terminal and we just handed him the keys and that was it. Really easy! And a bonus was he had sorted out special high back booster seats for us.''
