We have had a very enjoyable two weeks in Villa Cleo. While the villa location is directly beside the main road & thus can be very noisy with traffic, however being less than 5 mins walk to the beautiful Barbati beach made the villa a great location for our holiday. We walked to all the restaurants - max 10 mins & found that a car was unnecessary. The maintenance manager & pool cleaner came daily & quickly sorted out any matters that arose. Villa Cleo while detached is not private, there are approx 15 properties here. You are overlooked from above & on both sides & a number of the properties appear to have short term 1 night rentals. But again the proximity to such a beautiful beach & good restaurants requires compromise. I would hesitate to have my young grandchildren here, too many steps, open pool & balcony area overlooking road could mean that parents would have to be constantly on alert, but perfect for a non car, beach activity holiday. 😀

My wife and I stayed at Villa Cleo for 2 weeks in September and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Villa (being almost brand new) was in excellent condition and was furnished to a high modern standard. Little things like daily pool checks and refuse removal made the stay even more relaxing, the whole place was clean and tidy throughout. The villa is also in a great location set about 200mtrs from the beach, high up with an panoramic view of the bay across to Corfu town. Local supermarkets and Tavernas were within easy 5 min walking distance. The resort of Barbati itself was just right with a mix of old and modern, although I would imagine it is very busy in peak times and the (small) main road can be quite busy. The only thing I would say to watch out for is that the Villa is probably not suitable for small children or elderly adults due to the steep steps. Overall though an excellent holiday in an excellent villa.

Myself and my family had a great stay here. It was in a good location, close to the beach and some tavernas and a supermarket (which was very expensive). Also right near the bus stop into Corfu Town. The villa was very spacious and clean and also the pool area was great. For us having the pool/BBQ and seating area would have been better being all on one level as it would have been easier to keep an eye on the kids when they were in the pool but overall it was great and would recommend to others. The owner of the villa was so helpful and if anything went wrong or we needed anything she responded straight away and would come over if needed. Thank you for all of your help and assistance with this booking and if returning to Corfu would definitely book through you guys again. Thanks Lisa

This is our second summer staying at Prestige Villas. We highly recommend Prestige Villas as Jane is extremely helpful and quick in responding to all questions. This was our first time at this villa. There are many steps to reach the Villa from the main road, but once there, the view is amazing. We enjoyed the pool in which to cool down after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom suite on the top floor is spacious and you can sit and watch the sunset from the balcony. There is a grocery store located nearby, several restaurants a short walk down the road and it is approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We did not have a car and were able to walk everywhere at Barbati Beach.

Villa is really new and freshly equipped and that gave good emotion . View from the balconies and pool are really amazing. Excellent service, staff was very helpful. Kitchen is really small (exactly the same size as it is in pictures) be aware about that if you are planning to spend more time in kitchen instead of going to restaurants. But it's really well equipped. Distance to the beach is small, but villa is on the hill and you will have to climb when coming back, so it the end of our trip we used a car to go there and back. Car is really needed particularly if you want to look around and/or go for shopping to larger food store. In general we were very happy about villa, service, location, and would be considering to come back. There were two disappointing things - bad weather (it was raining half of our stay - in June!) and construction works close to the villa (but they were about to finish everything when we were leaving).

A high standard villa, with a small pool to cool off in. Be aware that it is a fair walk up to the villa from the beach. The beach bars in Barbati are very nice indeed. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms which are very well equipped and the beds are comfortable and the towels and bedding high quality. The kitchen is compact but fully functional. The balconies are lovely and the views are stunning. The master suite is very spacious and luxurious. We had a car which we found we needed as we like to have an explore around, plus we did drive up and back from the beach a few times!
