We appreciate the kitchen equipment and food/drink left for us. The design and quality of furnature and the whole house is well harmonized. We also enjoyed the strong WI-FI in the whole house. We spent great times in and around the pool.

'Fioris Cottage July 22 Fabulous Holiday'
A beautiful villa with spectacular views. We were lucky as the owner was back in Corfu and she was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The beaches are about a 20min drive and Kassiopi and the whole area is beautiful.Definitely try the home made ice creams in Perithea they are delicious.

A beautiful villa with spectacular views. We were lucky as the owner was back in Corfu and she was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The beaches are about a 20min drive and Kassiopi and the whole area is beautiful.Definitely try the home made ice creams in Perithea they are delicious.

'Relaxing & Quiet. A perfect location'
We stayed at Fiori’s Cottage, 4th to 16th September 2021. This was our third consecutive year booking with PrestigeVillas and we have not hesitated to book again for next September.
The booking process is easy, smooth and everything is taken care of by Jane, Annabelle and the team. You are really made to feel as though you are important, and we can’t fault the entire process. The Team always respond quickly and efficiently to even the most frequent and daft questions, it’s a pleasure to deal with PrestigeVillas.
We wanted to ‘downsize’ this year, having booked larger villas previously, so Fiori’s Cottage was perfect, absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is more than big enough for a couple, and maybe a small family at a stretch. Spotlessly clean and well appointed, it is a really pretty little villa with high vaulted ceilings and many ‘period’ features such as stone arch doorways. The small patio outside the front door was perfect for relaxing in the evening and watching the spectacular sunsets. The large pool area down some steps is perfect for daytime chilling, the pool is amazing – every day, House Martins would swoop over the water and dazzle us with their acrobatics.
The cottage and its facilities are kind of spread out, but you soon get used to it. There are also some Greek neighbours. They are lovely and were really helpful one evening when we locked ourselves out! – Note, there are two keys in the key press so never take them both out and always keep one in there. Once the door is shut, its shut!
The gardener also came regularly and gave us fresh figs, from the trees in the garden which is extensive and lush. There are also grapes, olives and an abundance of herbs. The pool man came regularly early in the morning. It’s generally just really peaceful and quiet, the only sounds you will hear are from the neighbours on occasion and chickens in nearby farmyards.
You’re over a 1000’ up here, so it is cooler than at the coast or in town. You get an awesome view of the north Corfiot coast and Albanian mountains, but it is a good 15 minutes by car to the base of the hill (New Perithia) and about 25 minutes to the nearest decent beach. Kassiopi is about 25 minutes away and has the nearest decent supermarket. Corfu Town is at least 1.5 hours’ drive (but always worth it). ‘Old’ Perithia is about 15 minutes up the hill from the Cottage. Although we didn’t visit Perithia this year, we have done in the past and it is worth a visit, there are several tavernas there too.
This cottage is all about quiet and seclusion. It’s not for the party crowd, or for the ‘all day at the beach crowd’ (unless you want to drive). It’s perfect to relax and unwind and we would not hesitate to recommend it to your customers.

'Review'
We were welcomed into the delightful villa which had a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea. The villa was very clean and the pool very well maintained. It was a lovely base to view the north of the island. My only reservation is that you need to be a reasonably confident driver to negotiate the road up to the villa.

'The perfect home away from home'
We absolutely loved our stay here - it is immaculate inside, the setting is very peaceful and the few neighbours are welcoming and friendly. The pool area is brilliant, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped - it’s was easy to prepare a meal, which we often did and enjoyed eating on the terrace space in the evening. A car is needed, but as we were travelling with our young son this was not an issue for us - there is plenty within a 10 minute drive and a shop, taverna and bar even nearer. We would definitely stay here again - it was the perfect home away from home.

'Lovely Cottage'
Fioris is a perfect little cottage for a couple or a young family. The cottage is lovely decorated and well equipped. The swimming pool is a nice size with stunning views of the see and the Albanian coast. The outdoor space is large with huge space around swimming pool, bbq and a veranda to eat outside in the evenings. We had some lovely evenings there watching the sunsets which are out of this world. The cottage is fairly remote with settled on the hills and the nearest taverna is about 15min walk and the nearest village about 1h walk or a short drive. We had some lovely evening dining in the Perithia village. Thank you Prestige Villa team for a perfect stay.

Fioris is a perfect little cottage for a couple or a young family. The cottage is lovely decorated and well equipped. The swimming pool is a nice size with stunning views of the see and the Albanian coast. 'Perfect Holiday!'
Prior to making the booking Jane & Annabelle were very helpful and always quick to respond to our emails, it gave us the confidence to book through Prestige Villas.
Every aspect of the holiday was perfect.
The cottage was ideal for two adults and our 7 year old daughter. It is furnished to a high standard with all the mod cons.
The location is stunning, we wanted to be away from it all and enjoy the peace and serenity. The views from the cottage are exceptional. There are also 3 outside seating areas, we were spoilt for choice.
The swimming pool is incredible, we couldn't believe we had soul use of it and it was kept spotless. The pool was a highlight we spent a lot of time there, it was hard to drag ourselves away to go to the beach.
We would definitely stay there again!

'Wonderful'
We spent a wonderful 10 days in Villa Fiori in August. The villa is a little "gem". It is newly and tastefully renovated and could not be faulted. The location is rural but surrounded by stunning mountain scenery with views also to the beach, lagoon and across the water to Albania. Due to its aspect on the hillside you get the sun all day and are rewarded with the most amazing sunsets at night. The swimming pool is huge which was a real surprise in a smaller villa. A car is necessary to get around and explore the lovely local beaches and coastline and to delve deeper into the mountains. We had some delightful meals up in Old Perithia and there are also a couple of lovely family run tavernas in coastal Perithia which are cheaper, and quieter, than the more touristy spots. There are lots of mountain tracks around if you fancy walking or running. A favourite of ours was up to an old Cave or down the hillside to Syki beach and taverna which boasts an impressive panorama of the Albanian coast. We were lucky to have the owners Fiori and Frank on hand to give us tips on excursions and good tavernas. They also, very generously, brought us fresh and tasty produce from their garden and some local homemade rose wine. As Fiori grew up here she made us feel very welcome and invited us to a local Greek night in the village which was a real treat! We would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to others and can't wait for the opportunity to revisit ourselves one day.

'WOW, an Amazing Place to Stay'
My Husband and myself stayed at Fioris cottage, in the lovely place loutses, an absoloute beautiful find at the beginning of September, the cottage was extremely homely and comfortable, spotless and clean and everything you need for a special self catering holiday,. The cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard we immediately felt at home, it has all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi tv, a great nights sleep in a lovely king size bed,no need to use the air con as the walls of the cottage being thick keep the cottage cool. There\'s a lovely veranda to eat breakfast and we ate some lovely evening meals with a glass of wine or two watching the sunset.The private swimming pool is huge with fabulous views across the mountains and out to sea,just take your pool towels sun cream down the set of steps, everything\'s there outside terrace sun beds sower and toilet in so amazing and peaceful. The lovely couple who own this property Frank& Fioris have there own property next door and are such lovely people and there family, they are there to help with anything you need, we got lost a little but there son came out when we arrived in the early hours of the morning and took us to the cottage ,as we were away for a special anniversary it was a lovely surprise to find a card,flowers and bottle of bubbly sat on our verandas a lovely gift from Frank and Fioris,we had a lovely lunch of goat cooked for us by Fioris during our stay, they are a lovely couple without being intrusive , giving you the privacy on your holiday, it\'s probably the most beautiful place we stayed in corfu,I hope this review helps if your looking to book Fioris cottage, Acharivi and kassiopi are short drive away and the old village of Perithia, and a car is a must. If your looking for a little piece of paradise you will find it here, once again thankyou Frank and Fioris your special place shines a very special place in our hearts and was sad to leave corfu , but especially looking forward to visiting again

'A Little Gem in the Mountains'

'Great Holiday'
We had a great holiday at Fioris Cottage Kassiopi. The arrangements made by Prestige Villas all went exactly to plan. The cottage was very new and very clean. The pool is stunning and regularly maintained. We were given cucumbers by the very friendly next door neighbours! Lots of good places to eat, great beaches. Go there! One tip - watch the exchange rate if using UK pounds. We all need to take euros or get a euro debit card.....

Prestige Villas were incredibly helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The cottage we stayed in had everything you could possibly need. Our stay in Fioris Cottage was wonderful. If you want to get away from it all but still within a short drive of fabulous beaches then this is a great place to stay. The welcome was really friendly which made the holiday for us. The pool and the pool area is large and spacious and the cottage is deserving of its name with lovely flowers all around. Great views and sunsets too

'Luxurious & Rustic'
Fiori's cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished with all mod cons. We really felt as if we were in a traditional village but with all the modern day luxuries and necessities you would look for in holiday accommodation. The property was spotlessly clean and both Prestige villas and the owners provided an outstanding service. The listing was exactly as described online and the facilities including the humongous swimming pool were fantastic and perfect for when you just want to relax in peace. There are various activities in the area one of our favourites being the abandoned village of Old Perithia, high up in the mountains. Not only was it stunningly beautiful but there are a number of traditional Greek Tavernas. We recommend the Foros Taverna which was also featured on the BBC with Rick Stein. Not only was the food delicious but the prices were extremely good. About 5-10 minutes drive from the cottage you can find various beaches all of which are family friendly and the towns of Kassiopi and Acharavi where you can find more places to shop and eat as there is a large selection of bars and restaurants. What really blew us away with this location however were the amazing views, the friendliness of the people and the most stunning sunset you are likely to see. Overall we had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be back again soon.

Fiori's cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished with all mod cons. We really felt as if we were in a traditional village but with all the modern day luxuries and necessities you would look for in holiday accommodation. The property was spotlessly clean and both Prestige villas and the owners provided an outstanding service. The listing was exactly as described online and the facilities including the humongous swimming pool were fantastic and perfect for when you just want to relax in peace. Not only was the food delicious but the prices were extremely good. About 5-10 minutes drive from the cottage you can find various beaches all of which are family friendly and the towns of Kassiopi and Acharavi where you can find more places to shop and eat as there is a large selection of bars and restaurants. What really blew us away with this location however were the amazing views, the friendliness of the people and the most stunning sunset you are likely to see. Overall we had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be back again soon.

After expending time in Korfu during the day. There is a not better place to rest and relax. Great location, our room was great and clean. And the best best best ice cream shop in this world is just around the corner 🍧🍨🍦 😉☺😊 We will be back for sure!
