The Villa was spacious, well-equipped, clean & comfortable and the view is stunning. Our party of family & friends were very happy there and had a lovely relaxing holiday. We would def recommend! The only negative is what isn't clear from the description is that the road below the Villa is a bit noisy at times (you cross over it to go down to the private beach), but sitting by the pool we weren't super-aware of it. To share for future guests: the location of the Villa is great also because a short walk away (left out of the drive) is the Eva Palace Hotel, and we discovered that non-residents can use the pool bar and beach bar there, which is particularly lovely. We were told we couldn't use the pool but could swim at the beach provided we didn't use the guest sunbeds! & the food was very nice. Further along from there are Aprovrado & Milos restaurants which we would also recommend. & although we did an initial shop at the big supermarket, the 2 nearest shops had a big variety too.

I found the communication pre arrival pretty poor. No-one seems to work at the weekend which isn’t very helpful if you are arriving on a weekend. The accommodation is best suited for a party of 6 or less (+1 on a sofa bed if required). It wasn’t really big enough for 9. I had no response at all from the island co-ordinator in regards to helping us with extra sheets on arrival (again, they don’t seem to work at the weekend). The kitchen was woefully ill equipped. For example, there were not enough large plates for all guests, or cutlery (8 forks for supper is not helpful with 9 eaters!). There are very limited bowls or mugs. There is a mis match of wine glasses, not a full set of wine or champagne glasses and certainly not enough to cater for everyone. The air con does not work well in one of the upper bedrooms. There was an oil smell downstairs which was very strong at times and the water in the loos and tap brown on the first/second day in particular. There was an unpleasant and constant drainage smell in one of the upstairs bathrooms, which meant the bedroom generally smelt. The handwash holders in ALL the loos and bathrooms were all empty. This is a very basic expectation which demonstrates how badly managed the property is. The dishwasher does not work efficiently despite re-filling both the salt and rinse aid. We had to wash everything up after the dishwasher. The indoor dining table and chairs needs an upgrade.
The view is amazing but unfortunately everything else was largely a disappointment.

After checking our communication, I can see you contacted Julia on the day of your arrival and she responded 3 minutes later to your request for an extra mattress as you felt the double was too small for 2 people (a comment we have never had before as they are standard sized doubles). Any messages you sent were replied to within minutes, including your messages over the weekend (Sunday included).
We do apologise for the missing cutlery, at the beginning of the season we ensure every villa has more than enough so we aren’t sure where the forks etc disappeared to and we did get some delivered to you that same day. (you didn’t mention the bowls and glasses but we will ensure to rectify this for our future guests), You also didn’t mention a problem with the AC otherwise we would have sent a technician. We will contact you directly for further information (which bedroom etc) as no one else has mentioned this issue. Petros the house manager did investigate the smell of oil you reported but he couldn’t find anything at all that would indicate this and you agreed it wasn’t ‘’as smelly now’’. We haven’t had any other reports about a drain or sewage smell from guests or the housekeeper and we will remind her to refill the hand soap on every visit. This should be done prior to all arrivals.
Generally I am sorry you felt the property is badly managed, we will work on the points raised and share them amongst the team although I do ask you check your messages and see Julia always replied to you almost instantly including the weekend.

A beautiful villa in a secluded location. 5* My wife and I had the most relaxing trip to Casa Brigitta which offered everything we could possibly need. The views from the property are unforgettable! It felt like a home away from home with everything you need for a relaxing trip abroad. Despite feeling incredibly remote, there is plenty to do nearby. The villa is close to the main old town, airport & some lovely local restaurants (Avalle Bistro & O Mylos are very nice - within walking distance). It is possible to reach the property via taxi as it is so close to the airport (20 mins) however we would highly recommend hiring a car and taking some short trips around the beautiful island. There are some breathtaking beaches dotted around the coast and well worth exploring. The management company were extremely helpful and communicative. From booking to check-in and questions during our stay, they were very responsive and generous with their time. Highly recommend.

Kommeno Bay is a wonderful villa in a beautiful location. There is a lovely cove with a private pontoon 2 minutes from the villa which was a highlight of our holiday. The pool is clean and has plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The bed rooms were comfortable and the balconies have amazing views! We were given a late checkout, at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend

Kommeno Bay is a wonderful villa in a beautiful location. There is a lovely cove with a private pontoon 2 minutes from the villa which was a highlight of our holiday. The villa was lovely and had everything that you could need with nice bedrooms and all the amenities. It was in a great location not far from the airport and easy access. The pool was stunning with great views of the bay and the floating pontoon was a nice touch as well. Absolutely perfect for a group of friends / families and would definitely recommend. The whole team were super helpful and responsive throughout and made every effort to answer various questions and provide tips. 10/10 and would thoroughly recommend.

The villa was lovely and had everything that you could need with nice bedrooms and all the amenities. It was in a great location not far from the airport and easy access. The pool was stunning with great views of the bay and the floating pontoon was a nice touch as well. Absolutely perfect for a group of friends / families and would definitely recommend. The whole team were super helpful and responsive throughout and made every effort to answer various questions and provide tips. 10/10 and would thoroughly recommend.

'Villa Brigitta - Kommeno bay'
The location received 4 stars only as a result of the steep hils surrounding the villa. That said the location of the villa benefited from having the most amazing views, which could be enjoyed whilst relaxing on any of the balconies or chilling by the infinity pool.
The villa was beautifully presented and had everything that you would need to feel at home.
The staff at Prestige villa's were very accommodating and quick to respond to any query

The location received 4 stars only as a result of the steep hils surrounding the villa. That said the location of the villa benefited from having the most amazing views, which could be enjoyed whilst relaxing on any of the balconies or chilling by the infinity pool.

'The most wonderful, breathtaking stay in Corfu!'
We had the most wonderful stay at the villa. The villa itself is beautiful, with bright and spacious bedrooms and enough bathrooms/showers. The view from the terrace and the swimming pool is breathtaking.
We were so impressed with it, that my friends asked for the contacts of the villa to take their families there. That says it all :D Thank you for an amazing experience! I'm sure we will stay there again. Monika

We had a wonderful time in Villa Brigitta! Easy to check in, walking distance to a private beach and a nice pool area. Good to know is that it is located on a mountain with steep roads and a 30 minute walk to the grocery store. Easy to access with a car. I highly recommend staying at the villa!

Amazing stay. pictures do not do it justice and the house is plenty big! Driveway is steep so it took me a couple tries in the manual to get up. But totally worth it!

'Casa Brigitta'
I've stayed at many places in the Mediterranean and Casa Brigitta is easily in my Top 3. I loved the spaciousness of the villa and the view from the terrace overlooking the bay is breathtaking. I wish I had booked for two weeks instead of one. Already looking forward to coming back!

I've stayed at many places in the Mediterranean and Casa Brigitta is easily in my Top 3. I loved the spaciousness of the villa and the view from the terrace overlooking the bay is breathtaking. I wish I had booked for two weeks instead of one. Already looking forward to coming back!

The house is beautiful and everything was great, my sleep, my shower, my breakfast, the smell of Jasmine at night from the garden. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and big yet cosy! The infinity pool was great for a quick swim and the view across the bay

Note the villa is up an extremely steep driveway so you have to give it some welly to get up there!

'Can't wait to return!'
This place is so well designed and welcoming that you can easily spend the whole vacation here. A morning dip in the bay is just a minute walk away and then you can easily chill out on the balcony and soak up the views. Corfu town was an easy drive away. All in all, we cannot wait to return with our children to this absolute 5-star luxury holiday.
