'AMAZING Views'
The Villa was lovely. views were outstanding. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings admiring the views. The tavernas were amazing and were very friendly. ( best to book in the height of the season to ensure a spot with the views!) Would highly recommend Villa Madeline. Corfu never dissapoints.

Loved it! Great villa, comfortable and well equipped. Great pool. Private location but not isolated which was just what we wanted.
Great views from the villa. The only small down side was the steep and bendy road up to the villa, which was difficult to navigate if there was a car coming in the opposite direction!

'A Week in Heaven'
Our second time for another week at this wonderful villa, but this time with a toddler & baby in tow. The villa was as amazing as we remembered it to be - just can't get enough of that view! The weather was superb so much time spent around the pool and visiting local beaches and taverns. Looking forward to another visit in a couple of years!

'A Week in Heaven'
Our second time for another week at this wonderful villa, but this time with a toddler & baby in tow. The villa was as amazing as we remembered it to be - just can't get enough of that view! The weather was superb so much time spent around the pool and visiting local beaches and taverns. Looking forward to another visit in a couple of years!

'Loved it...'
You guys have been amazing, felt able to ring or email at any time and you got back to us straight away. We will definitely be coming to you guys again. We have fallen in love with Corfu, the north east area is amazing. We travelled all over but found we had all we needed right on our doorstep. Def do a boat trip in your own boat and discover all the coves. This whole area and all the beaches are amazing but we loved Nissaki, Kerasia, Kouloura and Corfu old town.

'Nice Villa with Lovely Views'
Hello, Everything was good but the dishwasher and the landry machine were not working properly (i think there is a problem with the water supply.). You will have also to precise that the size of the beds is 150cm large (in France, a king size bed, it's 180cm large) Last thing : there are many people who go and come for the maintenance of the garden, the swimming pool, to repair the table and each time, we were surprised with their arrival because there is no gate or bell. Fortunately we were always well-dressed but it misses a little bit of intimacy. Nevertheless, we spent a very pleasant holidays in your villa in Nissaki. Best regards Nicole & Yves Bouchaud

'Superb Villa'
Superb villa with outstanding panoramic views and location. The house, facilities and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. The hot tub and pool are brilliant, with underwater lighting allowing night-time use. Service from Jane and the team at Prestige Villas was excellent. The north of the island is a fantastic location for a perfect holiday.
Tips for other travellers
Isla Cuisine taverna in Nissaki is outstanding, with a fine dining menu and sea views. Taverna Koulourra does first-rate seafood, overlooking a lovely little harbour. Boat hire makes for a brilliant way to find “secret” coves and beaches, accessible only by boat – especially on the peninsula to the east of Avlaki. We hired from Agni Boats in Agni Bay. Aqualand is great for kids. Palaiokastritsa makes for a great day out.

'Fantastic Villa with wonderful views of the Bay'
Although the road to the property is very steep the views from the property are well worth it. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful first floor master bedroom. The hot tub was a particular favourite of my husband and son !!! We had some fabulous meals in the local tavernas and had a thoroughly wonderful holiday.....we wish we were still there.

'Stunning 2 bed villa with views to die for set on hillside overlooking Corfu Bay!'
We had a lovely week staying at this beautiful villa with views that you never got tired of. Very peaceful location and the air con in the villa was a bonus as it got to over 30 degrees during the day. Even though I was a bit concerned that the pool was not heated I still swam in it several times a day to cool down and it did not feel cold at all. We hired a jimney jeep as we thought that would help us get up the steep hill to the villa but there were a couple of hair pin bends that caught us out and had to change down to first gear even so. A great villa that I would not hesitate to recommend to other friends or family. Gardens and outdoor space were immaculate and lots of shade when it got too hot to sit in the sun.

'Villa Madeleine a Gem'
The villa had everything you will need and more for a really chilled holiday in Corfu. To reach the villa up the steep hillside took a bit of mastering but well worth it and you did get used to it. The views are spectacular ! The villa was fully air conditioned which was necessary in the 30+ degree heat! The pool was great with sun beds and there was a lovely shaded area complete with hammock and table and chairs if you wanted to hide from the heat. Master bedroom had not only en suite but views to make you smile every morning when you open the French doors to the sun sea and view all the way to Albania the master bedroom had a balcony complete with corner sofa unit that allowed us to spread out across the whole property giving us chill space
Access to sky channels allowed my other half to keep up to date with golf and racing!! with the villa having a sound system to allow us to play our music by the pool was another perk of the place.
The hot tub wasn't used as much as I thought we would when we booked it as it just too hot ! To then get into a hot tub at whatever time of the evening ..... But was a nice to have at midnight on our last night.!
All in all would highly recommend the villa . The support we received from prestige villas and particularly Jane made sure from the point of booking through to our last day we were v well supported. She made everything easy from booking our car to sorting out a problem with the en suite shower ! All arranged with ease and took the hassle out of holiday planning. Thanks again jane.

'Spectacular Setting'
This villa is absolutely wonderful. The accommodation is modern and clean, very well maintained, and the location is incredibly private with fantastic views. The pool was cleaned every other day and any problems were dealt with efficiently and quickly by the staff at Prestige Villas. I would highly recommend this villa to others.

'Amazing Villa'
We had the pleasure of booking this villa for a week, and what an amazing villa this is: superb location that offers incredible views over the water to the town of Corfu, yet close enough to not make Corfu & the airport too far away.
The villa itself is very well appointed and clean, a lovely private pool, outside area for lounging in the sun, having BBQs or lying in the hot tub. View from the upstairs bedroom and balcony is breathtaking. Close proximity to local excellent shops, beaches and tavernas makes eveyday getting around a pleasure.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately book this villa again.

We had the pleasure of booking this villa for a week, and what an amazing villa this is: superb location that offers incredible views over the water to the town of Corfu, yet close enough to not make Corfu & the airport too far away.
The villa itself is very well appointed and clean, a lovely private pool, outside area for lounging in the sun, having BBQs or lying in the hot tub. Really good Villa - the hot-tub was the deal clincher for us as we knew the pool would be a bit chilly in October. Hot Tub was great - Villa was great - there are four cats that visit the villa and all are sweet and friendly when they get to know you - so if you visit please be kind to them. 'Excellent location first class facilities'
Really enjoyed it from arrival to departure. The car hire got us off to s great start, we were met with courtesy and efficiency. We have been going to Corfu for thirty years so we knew what we wanted. Villa Madeleine is the best place we've ever stayed in. Pool,hot tub and air con all added to the fantastic view, location and setting. We would have appreciated a welcome pack as it was a long way back to the shops for some basics. Other than that we have no negatives. The weather was great despite a bit of rain. The villa was clean and I would recommend it to anyone.

'Fantastic Location'
This is a beautifully situated villa with absolutely breathtaking views southwards to Corfu Town. It occupies a very peaceful position that allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts (we stayed in the height of the summer season) yet within a 5 minute drive we were able to get to the beach, tavernas and local supermarket/bakery (and we barely met a car on the road up to the villa, which is lucky as I think we counted in excess of 12 hair pin bends - not a road for the faint hearted!!).
The local villages such as Nissaki itself, Kaminaki and Kalami did get exceedingly busy and I would recommend timing visits either very early in the morning or late in the day during peak season to avoid some hair-raising hill starts and stressful 12-point turn situations on a cliff face!!
The lovely (and very well tended) garden was a pleasure to sit in with plenty of shade to escape the heat of the day. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and as previous guests have mentioned, any issues are immediately resolved with a quick call to Jane.
Top tip - Coffee lovers won't be disappointed with the takeaway coffee from Aphrodite's Bakery and the supermarket next door to it is extremely well stocked.
All in all a fantastic holiday thank you!!

'Fantastic Location'
This is a beautifully situated villa with absolutely breathtaking views southwards to Corfu Town. '50 Shades of Awesome!'
A view to take your breath away! I've never stayed anywhere with a view as stunning, day or night. Jane was a pleasure to deal with and the directions were perfect. The villa was spotless and the perfect size for the two of us. The pool area is just fantastic. I slept soundly which is rare for me when I'm away. The beds were very comfortable and the air con was quiet. The addition of 3 cats who live locally was for me, the highlight! They were very friendly and I fed them every day.
Nisaki is a great place to stay, not too far from Corfu town, but away from the noise and drunk people. We hired a boat in the harbour and explored the north east by sea which was a fantastic experience. My first time in Corfu and definitely won't be my last. Pick this villa and you won't be disappointed!

'Beautiful Views'
We had a wonderful holiday and the view was outstanding. Everything was clean and tidy although we did think that some extra mugs would be sensible, making the dishwasher more economical. Our only problem was finding shade in the afternoon, perhaps an awning would be useful over the hot tub area or outside the kitchen window. It was also a shame the hammock was missing. We enjoyed many lovely meals in local restaurants and it was great to be able to return to the most beautiful view and jump in the hot tub after a trip out. Thanks for an enjoyable holiday.

I've been in touch with the owners and we will buy more mugs and also an additional parasol to the one which is already there, the Hammock unfortunately was only removed recently as it was old and had seen better days. 'Beautiful Views'
We had a wonderful holiday and the view was outstanding. Everything was clean and tidy although we did think that some extra mugs would be sensible, making the dishwasher more economical. Our only problem was finding shade in the afternoon, perhaps an awning would be useful over the hot tub area or outside the kitchen window. It was also a shame the hammock was missing. We enjoyed many lovely meals in local restaurants and it was great to be able to return to the most beautiful view and jump in the hot tub after a trip out. Thanks for an enjoyable holiday.

'Fantastic'
From the moment we arrived at Villa Madeleine we were hooked. It is breathtakingly amazing, the views, the pool, the garden are all just wow. he Villa is all it is described to be, it is well equipped with high quality furnishings both indoors and outdoors. The pool is a great depth for swimming. The herbs and flowers growing outside are lovely and I used some of the herbs for cooking. The view from outside and from the bedroom in the morning will take your breath away. We would choose to stay here any time we visit Corfu and highly recommend this Villa. Wow and Wow.

Lovely villa with the most amazing views ........
First of all I have to say what a beautiful island Corfu is and we loved the NE coastline and the lovely little resorts around Nissaki.
The villa Madeline is a lovely well equipped villa but the wow factor is outside with a view you could never tire of, a lovely pool area and the hot tub which is great extra treat. We had a unavoidable problem at the villa but Jane from Prestige Villas sorted it very quickly. As already mentioned this villa is up a hill but we walked it at a steady pace and it was no problem, the hill is worth the view. We had a fabulous week and we are wishing we were still there now instead of now back at work ��

The unavoidable problem of the Water Pump giving up was soon rectified by our amazing plumber Marko who responded very quickly and he replaced it with a new one immediately (I only phoned him!!). "All Excellent"
Had a really good time, and was not too bothered about the weather, I did not expect it to be sunny all the time, and the two or three days of sunshine we had were plenty warm enough. Villa was great, well equipped, good standard, really perfect. View was amazing! Pool looked nice but was too cold to test beyond ankle level (bit feeble I know), but the hot tub was used and enjoyed by all (especially our 7 year old). Road up and down to the villa was a sweat inducing driving challenge, luckily I only met one car in the 12 trips I made on it (no idea what it would be like in summer!) We visited the north coast, west coast and Corfu Town (three times), all excellent, other than trying to find an open Taverna outside of Corfu Town (everything still closed pre-season). Having said that, the quietness was rather nice, would not like to tackle the roads down to the beaches (e.g. Kaminaki or Agni) during high summer with lots of other tourists. Anyway, all excellent – only downsides were losing a wheel hub on the hire car, probably due to the rather uneven roads, (still waiting for the dreaded Hertz bill), and, not having WiFi – although that did mean I did not do any work for a week!! just wanted to look a few things up about the weather/places to visit etc. Thanks anyway, we all enjoyed it.

The villa is absolutely beautiful & was a lovely relaxing retreat. The weather was the only let down & nothing could be done about that. Dave & I will not hesitate to recommend the villa & yourselves to anyone who expresses interest in going to Corfu for a holiday & can reassure people they will receive the same first class service as we did. This was the first time we had travelled to Corfu not using a travel agent but feel we received a far better service than any travel agent/company has ever given us. This goes from the minute we chose the villa to the end of the holiday itself, it couldn't have been easier. If the weather had been as it should the holiday would have been perfect. Thanks also to Alex from Nissaki Cars for his help when our flight was very delayed, the car pick up went without a hitch!!

'Brilliant time'
We had a brilliant time in Corfu. I cannot fault anything in the villa. The pool and hot tub were great. We really enjoyed the quiet time. The car rental company was very good as well. I will definitely recommend the place. Hopefully again next summer!

'A great villa with a perfect view'
We stayed one week at Villa Madeleine in Nissaki, Corfu. Everything was great, and the villa was absolutely perfect for our family with three kids. The villa is located on the hillside of Corfu's highest point, Mt. Pantokratos, and the panoramic view from the pool terrace towards Mediterranean Sea and Albania is astonishing: as the couple maintaining the pool said, this villa has the best view in Nissaki. Villa Madeleine is a fairly new villa, and the interior is modern and clean. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and the master bedroom on upper. Our three kids slept in the ground floor bedroom with a kingsize bed and one extra bed. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, a separate bathroom plus a large balcony with a picture perfect view. All facilites are great. If you prefer to cook at the villa, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there's also an outdoor bbq. However, we preferred to drive to nearby villages and dine in restaurants and tavernas. The nearest village with tavernas and a supermarket, Nissaki, is located about 900 m down the hill by the sea. A car is recommended, especially if you are travelling with kids. In my opinion, the best feature is the panorama terrace with pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Both the pool and the jacuzzi are well-maintained by a really nice older British couple, who can give you great advice on what to see and do on the island. The staff, the cleaning ladies and the couple taking care of the pool were awesome. Plus of course we are grateful for the service by the villa manager Jane, and we'd like to thank her for taking such a good care of us and making our stay perfect. The villa is best suited for a family with 1-2 kids, or if you are two couples with no kids travelling together. We would really love to come back to Villa Madeleine in the future.
