Nestled in the forest overlooking the West coast and just a short drive through the quirky village of Pelekas famed for it's traditional nightlife, this area is one of the islands most up and coming locations with it's stunning scenery and spectacular sandy beaches.

The villa is cool and comfortable and represents the style of its French owners beautifully.  The property is set in tropical gardens and has lovely views over the forest towards the sea.  The main floor comprises of a large elegant drawing room with fireplace with ceilings open to the rafters, a farmhouse style kitchen is dominated by a huge rustic family table & stools, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom are also on the ground floor.  The first floor is home to the master suite and a fourth double room.  The summer house out in the gardens is a perfect retreat for teenagers looking for a little independence.

The covered porch spanning the front of the house is the perfect place to while away the afternoons with a book and a great social spot for alfresco dining.  The beautiful swimming pool is set in attractive natural stone patios and has comfortable sun-loungers, parasols for shade and a further rustic covered pergola sitting area.  A beautiful property in all respects and sure to provide long lasting holiday memories.
