The villa itself was lovely. It was clean and well equipped and there are
beautiful views across the bay.
The main drawback which was not mentioned in the information prior to booking was the location near the top of a quite narrow and steep road with hairpin bends. This obviously needed to be negotiated to travel from the villa and return each time we went out. There is a footpath to reach the beach through olive groves which is a little steep but fine.

The house is situated on a hillside at the top of a fairly winding road, but it’s worth the drive for the quiet and stunning views. The pool is a good size and the outside area is lovely with plenty of areas to relax. The house itself is very clean and tidy with great facilities. The upstairs of the house is particularly beautiful, with amazing bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It has everything our family could need. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here and would happily visit again. Thank you x

'Great place to stay'
Very tasteful and functional facility. A great location with a nice view somewhat spoiled by the many power lines and tethers for the electricity posts towards the bay.
All in all a very nice holiday experience, we would love to come back.

'Family Holiday in Corfu (April 2023)'
Me and my family had an amazing time at both villas.
They were spotlessly clean and suited our needs exactly as we wanted.
Having never been to corfu before we were unaware of the weather in april or that a lot of things weren't open for the season yet but the villas and their grounds completely made up for that. Lazing by the pool in such beautiful settings is exactly what we needed.
The entire team at Prestige villas were so helpful from the very beginning and when we decided to extend our holiday by an extra week they went out of their way to help accommodate us and find us the next perfect villa.
I can't rate them all enough. Truly excellent holiday and we will definitely be coming back to corfu with prestige villas again in the future.

'Family Holiday in Corfu (April 2023)'
Me and my family had an amazing time at both villas.
They were spotlessly clean and suited our needs exactly as we wanted.
Having never been to corfu before we were unaware of the weather in april or that a lot of things weren't open for the season yet but the villas and their grounds completely made up for that. Lazing by the pool in such beautiful settings is exactly what we needed.
The entire team at Prestige villas were so helpful from the very beginning and when we decided to extend our holiday by an extra week they went out of their way to help accommodate us and find us the next perfect villa.
I can't rate them all enough. Truly excellent holiday and we will definitely be coming back to corfu with prestige villas again in the future.

'Great House... Some possible improvement with customer service/experience to match claimed prestige status'
See previous exchanges. In summary the villa was great on all front. We are however disappointed for not having been compensated for the limitation of its use the last evening and day due to shortage of water. We do appreciate that this was beyond your control but as a customer the price we paid was for the enjoyment of a luxury villa for a week which has not been the case. As a high end travel agent, I would have expected that you would have had matching customer service to compensate for these unfortunate events. I did not even received answer to my last whatsapp text.

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete your review with regards to your recent stay at Villa Neraida in Nissaki.
I did actually reply to your request for compensation on August 21st and explained that unfortunately we are unable to make any refund as this was an issue completely out of our control. Ever one of our villas along that area of the coastline was affected that day due to a local municipality fault and I know it doesn’t help you but the water supply returned by lunchtime just after you left.
We can’t apologise enough and fully appreciate it was an inconvenience. We do always recommend using the pool water during such eventualities as an emergency measure to help with flushing toilets etc, not ideal we realise for those properties with a pool it’s a great help.
I’m pleased to see though given that everything else relating to your stay scored 5* that you clearly enjoyed your holiday on the whole.
Once again huge apologies for the inconvenience you encountered on the last few hours of your stay

'Villa Neraida needs new pillows'
Villa Neraida is beautifully crafted and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need and the villa is very well organised with access to wifi etc. Our only criticism is that for such a beautiful villa the bedding was very disappointing. The sheets were empty duvet covers (single) and the pillows were very lumpy. It was incongruous with rest of the villa - if that were resolved I would highly recommend a stay here.

'Fabulous, well equipped, super comfy villa'
We booked 7 nights during the last days of June 2022. This was delayed a couple of years due to COVID (Prestigevillascorfu handled this exceptionally well and were super accommodating).
We arrived at the Villa a bit early and could check in without any issues. When we arrived, the pool was just maintained and cleaned, so was in pristine condition. During our week at the Villa, the pool was checked and cleaned once more, again keeping it in top shape.
The Villa itself is quite new and designed beautifully. From flooring lights, to very nicely designed bathrooms & super functional kitchen.
Air conditioning works well throughout, ground and top floors, which is essential in this climate.
WiFi works well everywhere, including the pool area, which is great. We also enjoyed the TV’s and connections to all major Apps such as Netflix & YouTube. This worked really well with the kids.
The Villa is super equipped. Pretty much anything you can think of. The barbecue area is fantastic and ready to get going, the kitchen has everything you can think of, including some essential food items which we found as super beneficial.
The master bedroom bed is super comfy, bedding is very high quality.
So to sum it up, this is a beautiful Villa, designed extremely well, kept at a high standard and equipped with everything you can think of. Perfect location as well, 10min from excellent beaches, taverns and other attractions. View from the Villa, balcony and the pool area is lovely as well.
This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at.

'A wonderful stay at Neraida'
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neraida. The villa has been beautifully restored with very tasteful decor. The master bed is very comfortable and the bathroom and showers are fabulous. The villa is in a really quiet little hamlet and was really peaceful. The kitchen amenities were good - and we used Netflix (although we couldn’t get the DVD player to work). 'Heavenly'
This was our second week in Greece and our first rental on Kefalonia was so lovely, we feared that the Villa Neraida might disappoint. But no, imagine our delight at the beautifully restored Villa Neraida to an exquisite degree of luxury with all modern conveniences: rain shower heads, walk-in master closet, heated pool, etc. We left only for provisions and some exploring. We thought we’d died and gone to heaven with the beautiful jasmine scented pool and patio for eating and lounging.

'Nice Villa'
The view is amazing, the pool is perfect and even heated, the villa is very comfortable, the surroundings are great.
However, the toilet on the ground floor was closed all the time, the way to the villa leads over unsecured mountain roads, the driveway is very steep.

'Very Good Experience'

'Excellent Villa'
We have had 2 fabulous weeks staying at Villa Neraida. The Villa is in a great location with stunning views and a good choice of tavernas at the bottom of the hill, as well as an excellent baker and a supermarket. The road up to the villa is a bit steep but not a problem by car. For those who fancy it, walking up takes about 20 minutes, as it is a bit of a climb but doable.
The team at Prestige Villas are great. Annabelle was very patient and helpful with our questions. The pool guys were very friendly. The car hire service that Prestige offer was excellent. No queuing in an airport terminal, you are simply whisked away to a local car hire where your car is waiting.
The Villa itself is really nicely finished. It has everything we needed for our holiday. The aircon was a godsend!
Annabelle also organised a day sailing for us which was excellent and highly recommended. Sam, Jo, and Johnny where great. Good memories.

'Beautiful Villa'
My husband, 2 daughters and I had the most amazing week at Villa Neraida. We loved everything about it and are already talking about when we can go back. We booked it very late at night on an impulse and got so lucky. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Corfu and also delicious restaurants. The view from the villa is incredible. The gardens and outdoor space are lovely and well maintained. The gardener came during the week and the pool was cleaned 3 x per week. The villa itself had more than enough space for our family of four. It's thoughtfully planned and you can tell that it's a place that the owners have built to enjoy themselves. They have great taste! We took a lot of great ideas from the design of the villa. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice. We thought it looked good when we booked it, however, were so pleasantly surprised to find that the villa looked even better in real life. If there is a downside, it's the little winding road leading up to it, however, you get the hang of it after a day or so and you wouldn't have the view if you the villa wasn't where it is!

'Beautiful Villa'
We were very fortunate to stay in Villa Neraida during October half term with our 2 children aged 3 and 5. The villa is beautifully presented and the views were fantastic. We really appreciated the heated pool at this time of year and spent hours in it a day. We were just thrilled with the villa, it was very comfortable to spend dark cooler evenings inside in October.
Jane and her team were very helpful answering lots of questions over whats app before and during our stay.
My only reservation of the whole holiday was the age of our children with the pool. The down stairs doors locked with a turning nob on the door instead of a key, meaning the children could let themselves outside which was a worry in case they fell in the pool.
Despite this we are already planning out next trip back to Villa Neraida when the children are more competent swimmers.

'Villa Neraida'
Beautiful, quiet hill side location looking over to Corfu Town in the distance. Lovingly restored Villa with all of mod cons we needed and lots of different areas for daytime and evening relaxing. Great location to explore the NE Corfu Coast. Accessed up a steep hill from the main road - our tip was to drive past the villa, turnaround and then "gun it" up the steep drive! The views are worth it.

'Superb Stay :)'
We had wonderful stay in villa. It was very clean, we stayed for 9 days, so villa was cleaned 2 times, pool cleaned early in morning everyday. The view from villa even better than in photos. We liked Barbati Beach (5 min. drive), Apraos beach, very good for children (20 min. drive). Our family liked food in Vitamins tavern, fresh and good quality.

'Beautiful Cottage with High Quality Equipment & Great Views'
Very well maintained holiday house. The interior thoughtfully and high quality. Well-functioning Wi-Fi. Fitted kitchen completely furnished, German television in the living room and in the bedroom. The pool was cleaned daily, early in the morning (so you did not notice). Beach chairs and umbrellas by the pool and also natural shade, perfect. Georgios and Anita had prepared everything perfectly on our arrival, with fruit, water, wine and starter set for the first breakfast. Thank you !

'Lovely'
Villa Neraida was a lovely home for 2 weeks. Very stylish and comfortable inside with all we needed outside with the gorgeous pool. A good base from which to explore the island and drive into Corfu town. Missing the views already!

'Lovely'
Villa Neraida was a lovely home for 2 weeks. Very stylish and comfortable inside with all we needed outside with the gorgeous pool. A good base from which to explore the island and drive into Corfu town. Missing the views already!

'Exceptional...'
My partner & I travelled with another couple to stay at Villa Nereida for a week - which I should say at the outset- was not long enough. The villa is exceptional. It is a beautiful traditional stone house which has been finished to an extremely high standard with excellent fittings/decor. It is in a fabulous spot high up on a hill with far reaching views. The road up there is not for the fainthearted (person or car) initially but we soon got used to it! It is such a peaceful location with separate sitting areas so finding shade was never a problem. We were so comfortable up there we barbecued at 'home' several times although there are very good tavernas within a 5/10 minute drive. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Villa Nereida & Jane & her team, this is the second year we have used Prestige Villas & will do so again.

'Paradise'
Our stay has been absolutely wonderful and we can't praise this property and the owner enough. It is a breathtakingly beautiful location, and the house and gardens are a delight. It's a really interesting old house, but the renovations have been done extremely sympathetically and it has all mod cons, is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The heated pool is glorious and the garden and other seating areas a joy. Thank you so much to George and his team

'Paradise'
Our stay has been absolutely wonderful and we can't praise this property and the owner enough. It is a breathtakingly beautiful location, and the house and gardens are a delight. It's a really interesting old house, but the renovations have been done extremely sympathetically and it has all mod cons, is very comfortable and impeccably clean. 'Fantastic...'
Villa Neraida is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Corfu. Well appointed with excellent facilities. The villa has been modernised beautifully and the original thick stone walls keep the days heat at bay.
Up on the hills above Nissaki in a peaceful setting with far reaching views over the bay. The terrace is surrounded by jasmine, lemon and orange trees that smell stunning in the early evening.
I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Neraida to friends and family

Villa Neraida is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Corfu. Well appointed with excellent facilities. The villa has been modernised beautifully and the original thick stone walls keep the days heat at bay.

The photos don't so the main bedroom justice, it has an amazing ceiling and fitted wardrobe room. We loved our week here and definitely booking again next year. 'Another Fantastic Holiday'
We first stayed at the villa in 2012 and loved it so much we returned again in 2014.The pretty stone villa is situated on the hillside in Nissaki which means that you enjoy the most amazing views from the villa , it is extremely peaceful yet you have all conveniences nearby just at the bottom of the hill. We visited many of the beaches on the NE coast all were easily reached from the villa but our favourite was Avlaki.We also enjoyed relaxing days by the pool , the garden and patio areas offer enough shade if you wish to get out of the sun and it is a great place in the evening for BBQS particularly with the garden all lit up .
The villa has everything you need whilst on holiday and Julie is extremly friendly and available for help or advice if needed , and visits regularly to check the pool etc. We hope to return again and will look forward to seeing all the new renovations which can only make this property even better.

'Another Fantastic Holiday'

'Perfect House - Full of Character'
Together with 2 friends we have visited this Villa first for a week in 2013 and returned in 2014 for 10 days (still not enough). The house is gorgeous, lovely pool and sunbathing areas, but you can get out of the sun should you wish. Good restaurants and beaches within easy drive, Vitamins close by will even bring you home in a taxi after dinner (it is a little steep to walk back). Julie looks after the house and has huge local knowledge and really makes you feel 'at home'. We are having a change this year, but would most certainly consider this house again - to be recommended.
