The house was spacious with amazing views, a great pool, and outdoor area. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we encountered some significant issues. The air conditioning units were completely non-functional in 2 rooms and the living area for the first two nights, and we also experienced electrical issues that affected half of the house, including the dishwasher, washer, and wall outlets in two rooms. Furthermore, the property appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, as it was dusty and seemed to have not been occupied recently. We also struggled to find the gate fob, despite repeatedly mentioning it to the owner, which made entering and exiting the property inconvenient. One important note is that the house is situated at a high elevation, and the drive is extremely challenging, which may limit accessibility for some guests.

We’re so sorry you say that you found the house dusty, we had guests check out the same day you arrived and we had our housekeeping team in for 5 hours prior to your check-in. That said the house does have flagged floors and stone walls so keeping dust to a minimum can be quite difficult when windows are open on a windy day. On the night of your arrival there had been a fire at the local sub-station and earlier that evening the whole of the northern part of the island had been without power. When the power came back one of the three phases at the house wasn’t working hence why the AC units and some electrical goods in part of the property weren’t working. This eventually was rectified but be assured that not only was your villa affected, it was a large area of the northern part of Corfu.. I’m sorry about the electric key fob, not sure who this was reported to although there is a key pad to enter and exit the gate, admittedly it makes it easier if you had the remote. We are elevated, in a hamlet with other villas so not isolated, you can clearly see from our pictures that the property like many of the properties along the coastline has great views and access is via one of the many the tarmac roads in the area. That given, we’re pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope you had a safe trip back to the States.

Brilliant hosts and very thoughtful with everything you could need. Stunning villa with a beautiful pool and outside area. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful prior to our holiday. Will definitely be booking with prestige villas again.

'Stunning villa and views '
The villa is stunning, location is amazing (the road is a challenge but the destination makes it worthwhile), pool is lovely. It's also a very practical layout for guests if mobility is an issue, most of the bedrooms being on the ground floor. We were concerned that the gallery floor would not work with people keeping different hours but in fact because we were outside almost all the time, it was fine.
A few downsides were a few bits of kitchen equipment missing. No cheese grater. Not many serving dishes. The beds were very hard (but we expect this in Greece!) One thing that could have been an issue in bad weather is that the very elegant living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable - you wouldn't want to spend an evening sitting around on those triangular chairs! Because the weather was great we had no need to sit indoors but this would have been a minus in bad weather. Overall a great experience and we all fell in love with Corfu.

Our first time in Corfù, a group of 7 friends looking for a beautiful villa. Prestige villas has a wonderful team willing to help and find the best solution according to the available budget. Clear and easy indication, excellent service during the stay, insurance provided instead of deposit. Self service check in, amazing villa (clean and fully refurbished), maintenance service included (pool & garden). 180° sea view in stone-made outdoor area with infinity pool and huge barbecue area. Relaxing place, with good distance to neighbors. Little cons: location up in the hill requires a car (as a matter of fact, the steep road became almost enjoyable).
Overall: amazing experience, highly recommended.

Amazing! What a beautiful villa with stunning views! Just loved our stay at the villa. We have stayed in a few villas which were basic in comparison to the Olive grove. The villa is well equipped. The extra thought that as gone in to make it feel like home with even the supply of running drinking water. The mid week cleaning staff were not intrusive very lovely people asking of our needs, which was none We would definitely recommend this villa

The Olive Grove is a stunning property with first class quality standards throughout, a stunning view and personal feel. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 4 children and have already provisionally booked for next year. Having holidayed in Corfu for the past 6 years we can say that this is the best villa we have found. You have to drive up a large and winding road from Nisaki to get there but don't be put off by the drive as it is worth every bend as the views across to Corfu Town are mesmerising. I would thoroughly recommend a visit

The Olive Grove is a stunning property with first class quality standards throughout, a stunning view and personal feel. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 4 children and have already provisionally booked for next year. Having holidayed in Corfu for the past 6 years we can say that this is the best villa we have found. You have to drive up a large and winding road from Nisaki to get there but don't be put off by the drive as it is worth every bend as the views across to Corfu Town are mesmerising. I would thoroughly recommend a visit

Lovely villa. Peaceful, beautiful views, well equipped. Automatic gate was a bit temperamental though not an issue for us.

What can we say about the Villa? Quite simply we loved it, brilliant views, lovely Villa and nice extra company…..the Cats. To be honest we are dog people so it was amazing to see how we all got very attached to them. We have stayed in Corfu for the last 10 years, 7 years in Kanoni and the last 3 in Villas in Viglatsouri (Sp?), we stayed just down the road in Villa Georgios the previous 2 years. We were talking last night about which Villa was better, both are very good mind. The only real limitation of the Olive Grove is the lack of a 5th bedroom which one would expect for around £3500 a week (Georgios cost us slightly less and had 5 bedrooms). Pushing it on the feedback side the pool was a little on the cold side, other than that it was absolutely fantastic and we will certainly consider it for our holiday next year. Hopefully you found the Villa neat and tidy when we left. Thanks again for all your support and help, we have had a great holiday!
