We spent a wonderful two weeks at the exceptional Stone House. This property had so many positives: furnished to a high standard, spacious rooms ( someone already remarked that the photos don’t convey just how much space there is and we agree), immaculate (our thanks to the lovely Julia who did the midweek clean), with great views over the bay. Another big plus was the small and well stocked supermarket a few minutes walk away, this eliminated a lot of driving. Additionally, next door was a lovely patisserie where we would drop in for breakfast.
The drive to the villa was also pretty straightforward, and having experienced more challenging ascents to other villas, this came as a relief. Prestige Villas have a real gem here and did an excellent job presenting this property.
Just to add, the meet and greet service for the car hire through Prestige Villas was a great option - queuing for one of the brand names at the airport is something I like to avoid.

'Perfect Retreat '
Beautiful villa, equipped with everything you need in a lovely quiet location. It was extremely comfortable and clean, with the cleaner coming x2 during our 1 week stay.
Short walk to an uncrowded pebble beach with two good restaurants/tavernas and also boat hire. The closest mini supermarket is a fair walk up the road but they do deliver. The villa is also well known by taxi drivers. I spoke to the villa owner on a couple of occasions and she was extremely friendly and helpful and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. Highly recommend this villa if you are seeking a relaxing holiday.

'Perfect Retreat '
Beautiful villa, equipped with everything you need in a lovely quiet location. It was extremely comfortable and clean, with the cleaner coming x2 during our 1 week stay.

'Wow Factor'

'The Beautiful Stone House'
The Stone House is a beautiful villa, very tastefully decorated, well maintained & in a perfect location for visiting the North East of the island. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need.
The Prestige Team were extremely helpful throughout the booking process & assisted us in all the requirements & processes now required due to COVID.
The only issue we encountered was that the land adjacent to the Villa had been purchased & builders with construction machinery turned up & were quite intrusive & very loud. Having said this, once we brought this to Prestige’s attention they did eventually get the work stopped & our blissfully relaxing holiday resumed.

'The Beautiful Stone House'

'Our stay at The Stone House'
The Stone House is a superb villa, beautifully designed with floor to ceiling double glazed glass doors throughout which flood the property with light with the highest quality shutters to close at night. The villa is much bigger than the photographs show with high ceilings and plenty of storage for holiday clothes. Plenty of room outside with a pool that is completely private and in a peaceful location. It is worth noting that a car is a must as the villa is a little away from the tavernas, but you can walk to the local supermarket and the patisserie has wonderful fresh croissants in the morning.
Our stay was not without problems………faulty AC unit in the master bedroom, a rather interesting welcome pack, a rather glitchy TV( only watched for Euro 2020) and the builders moving in next door.
Having said that much praise must be given Jane and Annabelle treated us with complete professionalism and kindness which made our stay better than we had hoped. Not forgetting Tasos the house manger who went above and beyond to sort out any issues we had. We would happily return to the Stone House or maybe try another Prestige Villas property.

'Spacious and Elegant...'
We loved the villa and found it to be extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The interiors are very well done with an attractive mix of old and new. Lovely terrace to eat outside and good views. Will definitely return.

'Perfect Vacation...'
We only can recommend the Stone House Villa in Sinies. It was the best we ever had in the Mediterranean. Except the TV program which was limited to BBC only...

'Sit Back & Relax...'
Delightful stay at the Stone House. Beautifully equipped house in a stunning and peaceful location. Jane at Prestige Villas of Corfu was incredibly helpful and accommodating and we would have no hesitation is recommending them.

'Beautiful'
Beautiful, tasteful villa with stunning views. Very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Well equipped although a microwave would be nice. Supermarket and small café within walking distance. A car required to access tavernas etc..

'Return to Beautiful Stone House'
It was such an absolute pleasure to return to the Stone House. It's an oasis of tranquility and calm, with thought and care in every detail. Many, many a happy hour spent relaxing in the shade whilst the children splashed in the pool below. A truly gorgeous house which we are already looking forward to returning to next year.

It was such an absolute pleasure to return to the Stone House. It's an oasis of tranquility and calm, with thought and care in every detail. Many, many a happy hour spent relaxing in the shade whilst the children splashed in the pool below. A truly gorgeous house which we are already looking forward to returning to next year.

'Immaculate newly refurbished Stone Villa in Rural Setting'
We adored our stay at the stone house last week. The house is immaculate, so much so, we wondered if we were the first guests ever,as everything was so beautiful and new. The house kitchen is very well equipped,v good cable tv,bathrooms all work well and the beds are comfy. We stayed in the smaller bedroom as it had the en suite shower, whilst our children stayed in the master with the en suite bathroom (which thy never used!) The pool area is small, but beautiful and all you need and you get a nice glimpse through the trees down to the bay. Also i should say the pool was a perfect temperature, often we've rented villas in corfu and they've been freezing. My husband did run down to AG a few times on the unkempt road and found it fine, but we didn't take the children down it. The supermarket is literally a 3 minutes walk and is open all day so very handy. The cleaner and house manager were utterly brilliant and any queries we had we dealt with immediately, nothing was too much trouble. We'd love to go back one day, a perfect relaxing haven!

'Stone Cottage - Fabulous Location'
Fabulous villa in a great location high above Agios Stefanos NW with great views across the Ionian Sea to Albania. The property was as listed with great facilities including a superb infinity pool. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. From the start the owners were very helpful and no query was too much trouble for them. They arranged car hire at a reasonable rate. We were met at the airport by their rep and we were on the road within 15 minutes - great service.
We eat out every night and did not have a bad meal in the local tavernas most of which were on the waters edge and all within 15 minutes by car! Nickolas beach just past Kassiopi was excellent. We hired a speed boat in AS and spent the day exploring the beaches and coves. The property is around 500 metres from a supermarket which has everything you would need. We took a chance on the villa and the area not having been to Corfu before. It turned out to be an excellent choice and would highly recommend to friends and family.

'Stunning Villa'
This was our third visit to North East Corfu, but first time in The Stone House. We were so impressed, best villa we've stayed in yet! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully furnished and equipped and more comfortable than home, we didn't want to leave.

'Exceptional Villa'
This villa is even more stunning than it looks on the photos. It feels like a home rather than a rental property because all the fittings and furniture are of such high quality and very tastefully chosen. It is a really easy villa to live in and feels very special and luxurious. The view is superb. You do need a car to get to a beach but there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. We loved the villa so much that we only used our car once. We spent a blissful week relaxing in the Stone House, I can't recommend it enough. Perfect!

'Exceptional Villa'
This villa is even more stunning than it looks on the photos. It feels like a home rather than a rental property because all the fittings and furniture are of such high quality and very tastefully chosen. It is a really easy villa to live in and feels very special and luxurious. The view is superb. You do need a car to get to a beach but there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. We loved the villa so much that we only used our car once. We spent a blissful week relaxing in the Stone House, I can't recommend it enough. Perfect!

'Oasis of Calm'
We adored the Stone House from the minute we arrived. Beautifully designed inside and out, it is very spacious with a luxurious feel. A real oasis of cool and calm. It's a short drive to Agios Stefanos for the lovely tavernas, and an easy drive to lots of great beaches and tavernas. There's nothing finer than sitting on the verandah admiring the view, while the kids splash in the pool. We're already looking forward to our next visit next July.

'WOW FACTOR'
The Stone House certainly has a wow factor upon arrival. The villa is absolutely amazing, beautifully finished to a very high standard and very clean. If you're a family of 4 looking for an elegant villa in a sophisticated area on a Greek Island, then head to the Stone House. The position of the villa is in a tranquil area, very private and fantastic views of the sea (which could actually be emphaised more in our view).
If we were going to be critical in any way, we think anyone considering the villa should note the following (but not be put off). There is only a bath (with shower head) in the principal bedroom which surprised us for a 'summer holiday' villa of this quality. The four of us had to use the shower in the other bedroom and, as none of us wanted a bath after a day on the beach, it was totally redundant!! The other point to note is the walk into Agios Stephanos. We found a steep, overgrown path (often loose rubble) down to the village that took 30 minutes to walk down (replaced flips with trainers), but we did it once and would never have considered using this in the evening (neither up nor down). In our view (and we class ourselves as a pretty fit family!), a car is definitely necessary staying at this villa. Unless we walked the wrong way, I suggest that the distance/walk into the village is more accurately described.
Having said that, we would definitely return and recommend to others as the positives massively outweigh any negatives!

'Beautiful Villa with a fantastic View'
We stayed in the villa for a week in June and found it perfect in every way.
The villa was very clean and the interior is equipped and decorated to a very high standard. The view from the terrace and swimming pool is fantastic, and we spent a good few days just relaxing by the pool. It is located in a very quiet area with only a couple of villas nearby so you rarely hear any cars.
There is a well stocked mini market a few minutes walk away and it is a 20 / 25 min walk to the nearest tavernas in Kerasia and Agios Stephanos.
We hired out a boat from Agios Stephanos for a day and I would definitely recommend this as its great to explore the nearby beaches some of which are harder to get to by car.
The villa is easy to find from the airport and only takes around 45 mins along the coastal road. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as the beach within walking distance is pebbly and there are some lovely sandy beaches within a 20 min drive. Also I would recommend Agia for dinner - there is a choice of taverna's here and they are all very good.
All in all a fantastic villa, very well located and beautifully done.
