'We Will Return!'
Prestige Villas were a very accommodating company to deal with when looking for a villa in Corfu and went to great lengths to make sure that all our requirements were met.
The villa is in a good location to walk for restaurants - most of which were around 10 minutes along the main road and we ate out four times during our stay. You do have to take care walking along the roads anywhere on the island - there are very few pavements except in big resorts or Corfu town and locals park their cars anywhere so you tend to have to nip in between parked vehicles whilst walking.
We also made use of the bus No.6, which you can catch from the end of the driveway on the main road, to go into Corfu town. It only cost €1.70 each way and you can buy tickets in Benitses at various locations. Believe me it was much less hassle than trying to find parking in town which cost us €6 anyway.
We drove around everyday during our week's stay - lots of lovely beaches/resorts and places to visit like the Achilleion, Mouse Island, to name just a few. It was extremely hot - over 30C every day although we had hoped going in September it would have cooled a little and we were also plagued with wasps everywhere we went but that could not have been foreseen - just our bad luck. Luckily they disappeared at night so eating out in Benitses was lovely - everyone is so friendly and the food was really good. We never had a bad meal anywhere.
We just wish Prestige Villas were based in other counties because their professionalism and guidance were second to none. To all the staff there in the Corfu office, thank you very much.

'FABULOUS VILLA IN CORFU'
We stayed at this beautiful Villa for two weeks in June 2019. Booking with Jane and Annabelle was a breath of fresh air. Prompt responses and confident service.
On arrival at the villa we met Vicky who is the owner. She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us to make us feel welcome in her home. She really wants you to enjoy your stay and have a lovely experience of Corfu. So much so she went to extraordinary lengths by making us her local cheese pie (which was delicious Vicky) and leaving us with some bottles of rose from their vineyard (also delicious, thank you).
The villa is stunning inside and out. You are treated to quality furnishings, comfy beds, crisp linen, perfect kitchen equipment, crockery and glassware, as well as the special touches of the dressing gowns and slippers. The pool was lovely and gardens beautiful and well tended. The outside seating and dining areas we perfect for pre dinner drinks and alfresco dining. Close enough for stroll into Benitses so no need to drive, but remember to pack a torch as it’s a little dark in places.
You will not be disappointed with this villa - we weren’t. Thank you everyone for making our holiday a relaxing and memorable experience.😘

'Best Villa in Corfu'
Villa is very new and super nice. A lot of space inside. Rooms quiet big with huge bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed for 10 days and all the villa was cleaned once - it was nice surprise. The workers of prestige villas of Corfu were very friendly and helpful, especially Annabelle. She was always asking if we need something and even came to the office after working hours because of us

We (family of 5) stayed at Villa Terra e Mare in August 2018 and the villa was beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The views are breathtaking. The owners and Prestige Villas were incredibly helpful during our stay and the owner even sourced and bought my son a Birthday Cake while we were there which was really kind. The only gripe would be the lack of showers upstairs. All in all we had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate in booking with Prestige Villas again. Benitses is a lovely town with lots of restaurants to choose from. The walk into town from the villa is about 10 minutes and a little hairy at times as no pavement.
Our Reply:
Thank you for your great review and lovely to read that you all enjoyed your stay. Just to let you know by popular demand, top of the winter work are two new contemporary walk in showers at Villa Yiotaki!

Great villa with a superb location overlooking the sea. Amazing modern decor and close to bus stop, marketand pharmacy. The fridge was full of food and snacks. All fixtures like barbeque and sun beds around the pool are appreciated. Jane was available 24 hrs for help to make us feel at home. Our family gathering was successful with her help. Diane was of great help too. Highly recommended as for sure will come back. Thanks Jane and Diane and all staff. Love you!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Terra e Mare. We have three children (10, 8 and 9 months) and the villa was perfect for our needs. The rooms are very spacious, clean and contemporary. They have thought of everything, kitchen was very modern and well equipped. The beds are really comfy and the whole villa was spotlessly clean. The pool was good size and garden was beautifully kept. Outdoor seating areas were idyllic with exceptional views. The villa is in a good location, walking distance to Benitses, however the road can be dangerous with little ones as no pavement so we rented a car which gave more freedom. A nice surprise was the satellite TV showing all English channels. We have to say that the service we received from Jane and team at Prestige Villas really made the holiday, from booking through to our departure they were on hand to help and provided excellent, professional service throughout – thank you all again for making our holiday so special!

There was so much to like about Terre e Mare Villa: the spacious modern design, the stunning location overlooking the sea and the backdrop of mountains and lush gardens. The beds were ultra-comfy and the facilities first class. We loved our stay here, the sun shone, the sea sparkled and we were able to relax in beautiful surroundings. The villa is only 20/30 mins from the airport, but on a busy road and it's easy to miss the sign and turning, but it's also close to local tavernas and supermarkets. The upstairs en suite bedrooms were perfect for our two adult children, while my husband and I had the downstairs bedroom, which gave us easy access to the terrace and pool without disturbing our late risers. My only comments would be that neither of the upstairs bathrooms had a shower cubicle - we all ended up sharing the small downstairs shower - which seemed odd given the generous size of the rooms. The road at the bottom of the drive was a bit noisy at peak rush hour, and the green algae rim around the pool wasn't cleaned by the pool guy. But none of these things stopped us having a lovely time.

Thanks you so much Alison for your great review. Just to let you know though that following your stay we had a five day gap so decided to empty the pool and re-paint it as there had been a reaction with the paint and a type of sun tan oil that a previous guest had used. The pool is now finished and looks as good as new.

We have just returned from staying 7 nights in Villa Terre e Mare. The Villa certainly met with our expectations from the description and photos. It was very well equipped with thoughtful touches such as complimentary slippers and dressing gowns. The Villa was very comfortable and clean. We did experience a minor problem with the hot water supply, but this was quickly sorted by a phone call to the management company and a very pleasant and informative visit from the owner. The view to the sea from the terrace was spectacular and we were even lucky enough to spot some dolphins on 2 occasions. The location was peaceful and away from the main resort, but close enough to have a pleasant walk to the shops and restaurants. On your visit, definitely hire a small motor boat from the marina and explore the bays further down the coast. Cost for 4 people for 1 afternoon at Benitses was Euro 100 and so worthwhile to do. Really good fun and incredibly easy for complete novices! You get a completely different perspective of the island. Beautiful! The tavernas along the coast have their own little jetty and flag to indicate where you can stop and they help you tie up when you arrive, or you could take your own picnic and just drop anchor at a quiet bay.
