The service that we received during the booking process & then on our stay, was great as always. This was our second stay at Villa Thalia and once again we fell in love with the Villa and the surrounding area. This was our 6th year on Corfu using Prestige Villas and we have always had amazing service & the villas have always been fantastic. However, we loved Villa Thalia so much last year, we booked to stay there again this year, and now we have booked to stay there in September 2025! Villa Thalia is set in a spectacular location and definitely has the wow factor! The view is truly amazing. It's also very close to local amenities so very handy for shopping etc. Thank you to all the team again for the service you provide and the amazing holidays that we have had over the last 6 year.

We couldn't dream about better place to spend holiday. The villa was super big, bedrooms very tidy and clean, each of them with AC, only living room was missing it, but it wasn't an issue at all. The coordinators of villa were always available when we needed them, really superior service. The view from pool is simply stunning. I highly recommend holiday in Corfu, but only in Villa Thalia!

We stayed in this stunning villa and loved every minute of sitting on the terrace either with our early morning coffee or whilst enjoying a bbq.
We only stayed 6 nights but we’re still offered clean sheets and bathroom linen and a mid week clean.

The villa has an amazing view - even better than the pictures. This is a great place to stay to explore Corfu. The location makes it easy to reach Corfu Town as well as the South coast. It is also not far to get to the beautiful west coast and the resorts on the North East. The villa is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. You can see the view from most of the rooms even the bathroom. The infinity pool is lovely and the gardens are beautiful. There is a good taverna in the village and if you venture a little further there are lots of shops and restaurants in Benitses just along the coast. Highly recommended. Did I mention the view…..

What can we say other than this Villa exceeded all expectation.
It is simply stunning and the view from the pool area is absolutely outrageous!
Communication was excellent throughout even with one or two urgent questions we had.
It can be tricky to find from the address, particularly in the middle of the night with the narrow, winding and steep Corfu roads but it is so worth it.
We had a fantastic time and the villa was central to all of it.
We would love to go back. Thank you so much!

This was our 5th consecutive year using Prestige Villas and our first stay in Villa Thalia. Wow! As we approached the Villa the first thing that struck us was the beautifully kept garden surrounding the villa. Then there was more 'Wowing' when we walked around to the back of the property and saw the outstanding view and the infinity pool. Villa Thalia is a fab place to stay on holiday. It's not too far to get to Corfu Town and Benitses if you need to get supplies, so we would definitely recommend hiring a car. The property is very well secluded and private. And the views from the gardens and the pool are like watching a moving painting with the amount of nautical traffic sailing up and down the Ionian Sea and the changing weather conditions. The Villa has been tastefully decorated with a homely feel about it. We met Julia who works in the Prestige Villas office just outside Corfu Town, and she was extremely welcoming and helpful. Prestige Villa staff were great and more than helpful as always throughout the booking,arrival and the duration of our stay at Villa Thalia. We have always stayed on the North East Coast in a different villa each year, but we decided to stay South of Corfu Town this year, and we are so glad we did. We fell in love with Villa Thalia and it's location, so much so we quickly decided to book to return and stay at Villa Thalia next September before we had finished our holiday this year! Thank you again Prestige Villas! Another wonderful holiday this year. Counting the days down to September 2024! Thank you Julia and everyone else at Prestige Villas.

'Great stay in Corfu '
Lovely villa, probably the best villa I have rented so far. Perfectly equipped with all we need it, clean and very comfortable. The pool and the views are breathtaking at any time of the day. Great and helpful communication with the management for anything we needed. The place is great for 5 + 1 people as the extra room is a little small and the bed is ok for one adult or two small kids. It would be nice if there were beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use as I found in other villas. The little town of Gastouri has a nice taverna to go for local meals. Highly recommended.

Issues: back door connecting kitchen to terrace was defective- door would only open about 45 degrees instead of 90.

Overall, the villa is lovely. Just a couple of things would have made it amazing. Great views and pool at the villa.
1. The villa looks as if it was cleaned some time ago as there were several cobwebs in the lounge and bedrooms.
2. Mosquito plug-in in each room would have stopped bug bites at night. We all had multiple bites from bedrooms.
The staff and company were really good and made our stay relaxing. We particularly appreciated the fan supplied- there is no air conditioning in the lounge and we needed one as I was working.

I don't know how to start with the good things this Villa offers:
Very nice location, extremely panoramic sea view.
Fully equipped property. Everything you need you can find over there. The pool is very amazing. Very nice and clean pool furniture and outside area overall.
VERY quiet place. The villa is beautiful, meanwhile the garden is more than fantastic! It was the best one we had in many years experience in Greece.
A big THANK YOU to Julia, Annabelle and the staff of Prestige Villas. They are really very professional, and so helpful and so prompt in answering.
Definitely: Amazing villa, super clean, everything you'll need and the most STUNNING views!!! 100% recommended :)

We appreciated a lot : The location, the view, the pool, the garden and the outside living room. The offered food, nice touch. The online delivery shopping, wonderful service specially when you arrive late.
We suggest to improve: Heating because in April mornings and evenings are cold. Insulation : water condensation on windows and under the door in the living room when it rains.
Kitchen : more little spoons and salad bowls could be better. Dishwasher is small. You should add a anti limescale filter. We know it’s because of the water network but it is too bad we can’t have a shower at the same time in the 2 bathrooms. Most of all we want absolutely to congratulate all the staff ! Very kind, friendly, reactive. As soon as we need anything at anytime, you reacted very quickly thanks to the WhatsApp group.

Prestige villas were excellent in communicating at every step of the way and I would not hesitate to use their services again. In fact we have already booked our villa for next year.

'Absolutely Amazing'
This Villa had everything for a perfect vocation in Corfu. It has an amazing sea view and a peaceful location surrounded by olive and fruit trees. Excellent location so close to the beautiful Corfu Town, the village of Benitses and the airport. Positioned centrally in the island, it also gave us the opportunity to reach different beaches on both east and west cost. The villa is equipped with everything we needed for out stay.
The best part however were the people who take care of it: Jane, Chris and their staff who keep everything clean and tidy. Quick to respond to any question/need we had, made our stay even more relaxing.
Great value for the money, compared to the price of the same quality villas.
Will come back for sure.

'Absolutely Amazing'

Would we come back yes but need more info about pest issues ie how to deal with when you arrive. Loved the location and layout of villa. Mosquitoes were a major issue in the villa Wasps also an issue never felt at ease for the full week with both pest issues.
Our Reply: Great to hear you would come back to Villa Thalia and that you loved the location and layout. We haven't ever had any complaints with regards to Pest Control. Naturally we do have Mosquitoes here as the island is lush, however we have mosquitoe nets fitted on the windows and as always we recommend visitors to use repellent in the evenings. With regards to wasps, we would have been more than happy to send the gardener to remove any nest which may have formed had you reported it during your stay. The Villa is Wonderful, especially the pool and the view to the sea. With take off and Landing of several airplanes during the day until midnight we got used to it. Amazing villa with stunning views, would highly recommend and would love to return one day Old Corfu town is a short drive away and would thoroughly recommend to eat out in the evenings there. Lots of lovely places to visit Definitely need a car with this villa.

Two weeks have whizzed by… and what a wonderful time we have all had here. Villa Thalia has been so comfortable and has all the right ingredients for a very relaxing, restful holiday: its location overlooking the sea almost beneath the Achillion Palace is superb, the infinity pool is so beautiful and the villa very well equipped. Your guidance in the planning stage was much appreciated by us both, as were your most helpful notes in the folder here. We have taken up many of your suggestions during our stay, and have taken full advantage of our "Jimmy Jeep" to get to even the trickiest spots! We would add the local bakery in Gastouri village, the Tavernas Belos and Paxinos in Benitses, Taverna Stamatis in Viros, the very upmarket and classy White House in Kalami. Finally, breakfast on the beach in Ag. Gordios at beach-bar Posidonio (where you get to park too) before hurling yourself over the sand into the sea.
