Villa Dion is a modern villa set is large gardens with a beautiful swimming pool set in natural stone. Very few villas boast such a perfect location, situated in a peaceful area but yet just 300m from the centre of Dassia and just 200m from San Nikolas beach.
The ground floor is 115 sq m with an open kitchen with a separate utility room with washing machine & tumble drier. There is an open and lounge area with fireplace and TV, DVD & CD player. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, bathroom. Behind the kitchen outdoor there is a large terrace with outside furniture, garden and BBQ. At the front of the house there is a large balcony with sea view and wicker sofas making a great place to relax in the evening.
On the first floor we have a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and a further two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other a childrens room with bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom. All rooms have a private balcony.
The villa is fully air conditioned with free wifi internet.
