This stunning home recently constructed is new to the rental market. Located in the very heart of the North East Coast, and just above the picturesque coastal villages of Kalami and Agni, the villa overlooks Kalami beach below & across the channel towards the mountains of Albania. The White House once the home of Lawrence Durrell and his Wife is in full view from every room of the villa. From the vast verandas and patios Corfu Town with its citadel can be seen in the distance.
The property is located in an extremely quiet location without neighbours to either side, the villa sits on a 4800 square foot plot of land with approximately 80 olive trees yet within an easy drive to the main coastal road giving access to all the popular North East coastal villages.

The picturesque horseshoe bay of Kalami is the home of the White House once the home of Lawrence Durrell and his Wife which is now a high class waterfront restaurant famed for their seafood delicacies, fresh vegetables and chilled local wine. The tiny street which backs the sweeping pebble beach has a small collection of small restaurants & beach side bars including Thomas Place & Sea Breeze Seaside Bar, a couple of mini markets and beach boutiques. Hiring a boat in Kalami Bay is the quintessence of the Corfu Experience. Imagine exploring the endless coves and bays of the sheltered North East coast of Corfu Island at your own pace and finding your own secluded swimming spot. Visit some of the many seaside tavernas, gift shops or markets by boat, stopping off for a swim or a snorkel on the way. Travelling by boat has certainly proven a much more relaxing and desirable option to the many visitors who return to Corfu each year.
