Constructed & rented exclusively by Prestige Villas, Villa Halcyon (translating to 'King Fisher') is located in a tranquil, rural area and enjoys panoramic views of the sea and spectacular sunsets along the west coast of Corfu.
This brand new four bedroom/four en-suite villa is just 200m behind the secluded beach of St Nikolas and 500m from the delightful beach resort of Paramonas. Prasoudi beach with its wonderful family-run Oceanos restaurant is a half hour walk from the villa. Paramonas village has a traditonal Greek atmosphere with a sandy beach & a choice of seafront tavernas.
This spacious villa is well designed with the living area on the first floor. The large open-plan sitting room has a stylish comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a dining area, a modern kitchen with a feature island. The Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate dressing room is also on this floor.
