A beautifully maintained detached Villa are situated in the cosmopolitan resort of Dassia. Set on a quiet lane just off the main street, the villa is situated in a peaceful location behind electric gates on a small private residential estate of four detached properties.
Each villa is built on a separate plot along the winding driveway and isolated from each other, all with lovely sea views and their own private pool, garden & BBQ. Set in immaculately kept lawned gardens with an abundance of colourful shrubs & tropical trees of Palms, Orange, Lemon & Fig trees. A perfect choice for families who don't wish to rent a car as they are within an easy 5-10 minute walk to the resort centre and to the Beach. Satellite TV, DVD player, free Wifi internet, doors leading onto terrace with fantastic views of the sea, the gardens and also to the private pool. Each villa has its own sunbeds, umbrellas set in their own private gardens. The Villa is split into two separate living areas. Each living space has a separate entrance, one from the front on the lower level and the other from the rear which services levels 2 & 3. Each villa has two master bedrooms with double bed, en-suite bathrooms, wardrobe & safe. Bedroom 2: twin beds, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe. Also in the villa there are Two family bathrooms and WCs: one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. Two fully equipped kitchens: one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, each with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron, ironing board.
