'Stay as couple with parents'
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in October in villa Faiax in Corfu. Views are stunning and facilities great. For the booking process, please note that there came an additional fee of 20,- GBP for provisional insurance that was not mentioned before and the debits are made in GBP which will add additional credit card fees when you are not from UK.
The villa is nicely equipped and overall clean but a bit dusty in the cupboards and the polishing was superficial.
The refrigerator was nicely filled when we arrived.
For elderly people or anyone who has difficulties with walking, please note there is a steep stair to reach the main entrance as there is several terrace levels that are amazing for hanging out to enjoy the views.
When we had questions, the contact was very responsive and easily approachable.
Overall, we definitely recommend the facility and would consider coming back.

Just a note with regards to the GBP £5.00 per person Villa Damage Waiver Insurance. We introduced this to replace having to take a €300.00 security deposit which was always difficult to control with holding any one particular party responsible for any damage which can be discovered during the following weeks stay. This is also stated on each villas page under all the pricing to ensure there is no confusion, as well as it being in the Terms & Conditions. Regarding the additional fees you were charged, we have now made an application to our bank to enable us to accept euro transactions so as not to incur additional charges to our European Euro guests who are sometimes charged a currency fee with their bank for a sterling transaction.

'Stunning Villa'
Stunning Villa in a beautiful location. The views were amazing, we couldn't fault the Villa or the service we received from Prestige Villas. It is a quiet location and only a 15 minute walk down to Ipsos, the walk back up is a challenge as you have to walk on the road especially at night. However for us the location was chosen for the cycling which was amazing, both my husband and son explored many routes which were challenging but great for a keen cyclist. They hired bikes and they were delivered directly to the Villa. Myself and my daughter chilled at the Villa. One tip would be to take advantage of the online supermarket delivery service which we didn't, I wish we had so we didn't have to go out. Trips worth doing are Old Town Corfu and Kassiopi, there is a good bus service between both and it runs every 20 minutes. Ipsos and the Villa is not for those who have mobility issues as there are some very steep areas to climb. Make sure you take plenty of mosquito repellent as we all got bitten, the drawbacks I suppose of a beautiful area. The wifi in the Villa was great however it wasn't working for the last 2 days of our holiday, there had been a storm earlier. I reported it to the company and they replied quickly saying the fault was with the line and hopefully it would be connect soon. We ate at the Grand Balcon which is just across the road from the Villa, it was okay but I wouldn't rush to go back. There is another more trendy bar/restaurant just up the hill 2min which was nicer and also a great view. On our final night we ate at Moby Dicks in Ipsos this was the best meal we had, I would definitely recommend it.

'Amazing Views, Great Villa'
We had a great time, the villa is really comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be rebooking. The pool is a good size and has fridges so drinks can keep cool in the heat. It was kept clean by the pool guy who came every other day. We would recommend the Le Grand Balcon restaurant which is literally across the road. Lovely family run authentic Greek food at a fair price. Thank you Prestige Villas.

'Villa Faiax'
Our 3rd Prestige Villa Corfu booking and again the London team were excellent . We had some small dramas of our own making and the Greek based team were also very helpful and efficient . The interior of the villa was excellent , stylish and comfortable with amazing views. Located near 2 tavernas meant we could walk to dinner and not use the car. The big lovely patio area outside had nice furniture but the floor tiles were quite dirty -lots of stains which could do with a jet wash . Even appreciating the wind blows 'stuff' on to the patio there was a lot of accumulated tree debris and insects which we had to brush up .The area around the pool was the same . The pool had an unattractive 'tide mark' around the top but was still very pleasant to swim in and was regularly maintained by the pool guy . With just a bit more effort with outside cleanliness this would be a 5 star villa all round . We will be booking again with Prestige villas Corfu

We are so disappointed to read your comments about the outside areas, it's a constant problem with the trees which overhang the property but saying that the housekeeper and gardener should really keep those areas swept and washed on their weekly visits. The 'tide mark' around the pool we agree is unattractive and has appeared over recent years due to sun lotions staining it. We will speak with the owner about allowing us to replacing the liner and hope to have this done shortly. 'Good Holiday'
The villa was extremely well appointed and was very spacious. We were holidaying in April so the weather was not great, and we did not get best use of the pool. 'Beautiful Villa'
Beautiful villa in a secluded and quiet area of Corfu. It is within a stones throw from the local strip. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a walk away or for a short drive the old town has another amazing selection with a different a more authentic vibe. Tips for other travellers The restaurant at the bottom of the drive is very friendly and the food is beautiful. The donkey sanctuary, Porto Timoni beach and the sunset at Kaiser's throne is beautiful.

'2nd Stay'
This is our second holiday in this fantastic villa and we were not disappointed. A fantastic villa in a fantastic location, brilliant housekeeper and management team helped make this a relaxing holiday. The location on a hillside provides excellent views and Ipsos has a good range of restaurants. Recommend The Squirrel restaurant although booking required. The cakes in Sugar overlooking the beach are certainly worth sampling. Preparing to book again for next year !

Jane was wonderful. Always very quick and friendly. Also the late check out was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Prestige Villas in the future and will contact Jane if I need an other house in the future. The BBQ an the house is very big. Nice to cook some good steaks. Watch out when you drive up to the house, the corners are too small to go in 1 time. Ipsos beach is not so big, go to Barbati instead. Could not fault the villa and location, would recommend to anyone

'The most Stunning Views of Ipsos Bay'
First of all we found Jane at Prestige Villas to be extremely helpful and answered all of our queries very quickly. It was great to be able to book car hire to be delivered to the villa and taxis to and from the airport through the website, very well thought out.
The villa itself had the most stunning views of Ipsos Bay and you would never tire of sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. The villa had been renovated to a very high standard, with modern decor and all mod cons throughout.
Car hire is necessary, there is no pavement from the villa down to Ipsos, it’s a fairly steep and windy walk down albeit it’s not far. There are also a number of steps and a steep hill leading up to the villa and my parents who do not have walking difficulties did find it a bit of a struggle at times.
The Grand Balcon Taverna is at the bottom of the drive which was very handy and Off town Cafe just up the road.
Overall we had a lovely holiday and would have no hesitation in using Prestige Villas again or recommending Villa Faiax.

Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had an amazing holiday in Corfu! Villa Faiax was fabulous, much better than we had hoped for; infact the photos don’t do the facilities or the location justice - the views were simply stunning! We loved the local restaurant, Off Town (less than 100m up the hill), which offered a varied menu (including delicious cocktails) and was very reasonably priced too. The car hire arranged by Jane at Prestige Villas on our behalf was seamless and very convenient - a car is a must for this location. We would definitely recommend both the Villa Faiax and Prestige Villas.

'Fantastic & Totally Relaxing'
My family and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday at the Villa Faiax in Corfu (15th-25th June 17). The holiday can only be described as fantastic and totally relaxing. The booking arrangements were easily handled by Jane and the team, the organised hire car arrangements worked perfectly. The villa is located on a hillside which commands excellent views. It was very clean, excellently fitted out and very stylish with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The balcony was fantastic for alfresco eating and relaxing under the shade. The resort of Ipsos provides a range of supermarkets and restaurants etc, we would recommend the Squirrel Restaurant (book in advance) for a fantastic family run restaurant offering a great welcome and fantastic food. Slightly more expensive than the other restaurants but worth it.
We had one small issue whilst staying at the villa and that was addressed within two hours of reporting the issue. We can only advise the service to have been excellent.
I can thoroughly recommend this villa and we intend returning in the future to this or another Prestige Villa. I would suggest a hire car as there is a long hill up to the property and a road with no footpath, however the view is worth it !

'Fabulous Villa with Stunning Views'
I stayed in Oct 2016 with my 2 children and my friend and her two children. The accommodation was first rate with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a great hit with the kids and the various balconies were lovely to relax on. All bedrooms were en-suite with good powerful showers. There was plenty of storage in the goods sized rooms, the beds were vv comfy and fly screens on all windows. The kitchen was great and the lounge and dining area a super size with lots of comfy sofas. Great outside seating and dining area with TV in every room and on various balconies. Wifi and Netflix provided so our teenagers were happy! We couldn't fault the villa at all. They also provided towels for by the pool which was great since the kids used it so much. As we were arriving late in the evening I asked for a few items to be left for us such as water, bread, milk, butter. They arranged this via the housekeeper which was a great help as we didn't have a car and didn't arrive until 10pm. The area was quiet in Oct but we expected that as it was the last week of the season but it didn't diminish from our visit at all. In fact the peacefulness was lovely. The Grand Balcon restaurant is opposite the villa entrance and the owners Spiros and Katarina were so friendly and welcoming. Great food and amazing views. Definitely pay them a visit. Local shop with all you need 5 minutes walk away and Ipsos is 2 minutes by car for a bigger supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. All in all it is a great place and I would definitely go back.

I stayed in Oct 2016 with my 2 children and my friend and her two children. The accommodation was first rate with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a great hit with the kids and the various balconies were lovely to relax on. All bedrooms were en-suite with good powerful showers. There was plenty of storage in the goods sized rooms, the beds were vv comfy and fly screens on all windows. The kitchen was great and the lounge and dining area a super size with lots of comfy sofas. Great outside seating and dining area with TV in every room and on various balconies. Wifi and Netflix provided so our teenagers were happy! We couldn't fault the villa at all. They also provided towels for by the pool which was great since the kids used it so much. As we were arriving late in the evening I asked for a few items to be left for us such as water, bread, milk, butter. They arranged this via the housekeeper which was a great help as we didn't have a car and didn't arrive until 10pm. The area was quiet in Oct but we expected that as it was the last week of the season but it didn't diminish from our visit at all. In fact the peacefulness was lovely. The Grand Balcon restaurant is opposite the villa entrance and the owners Spiros and Katarina were so friendly and welcoming. Great food and amazing views. Definitely pay them a visit. Local shop with all you need 5 minutes walk away and Ipsos is 2 minutes by car for a bigger supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. All in all it is a great place and I would definitely go back.

'Beautiful Villa, Amazing Views, Wonderful Holiday'
We had a really lovely holiday at Villa Faiax. It is a huge, luxurious villa with beautiful views from the three terraces, a lovely swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers and sturdy, effective sunshades by the pool. Inside there is loads of space. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds and sofas are all very comfy! It is a short walk down the hill to a great little shop where we got fresh bread, fruit, cheese etc daily, and a great little cafe/restaurant where we had the best iced coffees and souvlaki of the holiday. Ipsos is well within walking distance too - the beach is small and pebbly, and the sea is gorgeous! We had a really great holiday, relaxed by the pool, ate lovely food and generally enjoyed the luxury! Possibly some water/wine in the fridge would have been handy for when we got there (we arrived late at night), but this was a minor point. The whole booking process was quick and easy, and Jane was great at answering our (many!) questions and getting back to us quickly. There were 9 of us (including some older teenagers) and we all loved it. We really hope to come again! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

'My kind of heaven'
Me and my seven friends decided to go in Corfu for one week. We found this villa on Prestige Villas and we said that this is the one. After 14 hours driving with two cars between Bucharest and Corfu, we arrived on the island. I can just say that it is amaizing. The villa was exactly like in the description. It is located on a hill with the most beautiful view i ever seen. You just can get enough of it.
Its all most two weeks since we are back and we are still thinking about that view and that villa. Everything its new,clean and in best condition. Very cozy and well organized. You have everything that you need inside the villa.
For sure next year we will pick again this one .
We want to say THANK YOU to Prestige Villas and especially to Jane that she showed us only professionalism from the first mail to the last day. We can say that we had the best vacation ever !
