A super Luxury Villa in a peaceful location with uninterrupted sea views over the bay of Ypsos, two minutes walk to two great restaurants, cafe & bar (Grand Balcon & Up Town) and a 15 mins walk down to the Beach & Water Front Restaurants.
We are delighted to have exclusivity on this stunning villa. 'Villa Faiax' was a late edition to our portfolio during 2016 and has received rave reviews. Having just undergone a major refurbishment program overseen by it's young and enthusiastic owners Yiannis & his Brother Yiorgos, it has been one of our most popular villas. With it's contemporary furnishings, high spec fixtures and fittings and a pool area which oozes style, this property will satisfy the most discerning of clientele.
The villa is set on three floors and consists of the main part of the house which accommodates 6 guests. There is a spacious open-plan sunken lounge with comfortable sofas, huge wall-mounted TV and dining area all with French windows opening onto the very large patio areas with glass walls to enjoy the stunning views. There is a semi open-plan high tech fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances with access out to the BBQ area. The spiral staircase brings you to the top floor where we have three good size fully fitted bedrooms each with super comfortable beds ensuring a perfect nights sleep (One King-size bedroom and two twin rooms with single beds which can be zipped together to form Super-Kings). Each bedroom has its own en-suite contemporary shower room, wall mounted flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes and safety deposit box.
For larger groups there is the additional guest apartment. This one bedroom self contained apartment is on the ground floor and has a comfortable sitting/dining room with L shaped sofa and large flat screen TV. There's a semi open-plan high spec fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. The bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and views over the sea, the 2nd & 3rd guests can be accommodated if required on the large L shaped sofa which turns into a double bed. (This Guest Apartment is subject to a supplement and is not rented separately from the three bedroom villa and will remain locked if not required)
The horizon swimming pool with uninterrupted views of the tourquoise bay below is set in paved patios where we have lots of sun loungers and parasols. There is a built-in BBQ and large table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a comfortable outside wicker style seating on each balcony with glass walls taking full advantage of the breathtaking views below.
Location, location, location, just a fifteen minute stroll will bring you down to Ipsos beach with it's sea front, lined with trendy cafe bars and international restaurants. A great atmosphere during the high season Summer months when the resort comes alive.
Near Corfu Town
There are regular buses to the island capital, Corfu Town, about 19 kilometres away. Getting lost in the labyrinthine Campiello, or old town, is all part of the fun here. And this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, complete with museums, churches and a 16th-century fortress. Sooner or later you’ll end up at the Liston, an Italian-style colonnade lined with fancy cafés.

The cosmopolitan resort of Ipsos with its long narrow shingle beach and shallow waters attracts a multitude of ages. The resort itself has a great selection of both traditional and international restaurants running the long stretch of the promenade and on the beach a good choice of sunloungers and parasols to rent hosted by one of the many bars along the coastal road. It's a vibrant resort particulary during July & August and is the hub of nightlife for guests staying along the North East coast who are looking for a atmospheric evening out. During the day there are plenty of activities available Waterhoppers is one of the most popular diving centres in Corfu and for those looking for watersports and fun activies Ipsos Water Centre has some great family activies. Too many restaurants to mention but a firm favourite with us is Moby Dicks.
