'Perfect Setting'
The house is beautiful. An unparalleled ocean view. The endless pool overlooks that view. It’s wonderful. Modern and super complete, with lots of items for cooking and having a good time. A perfect home in a perfect setting. The nearby beaches are very beautiful, with transparent and quiet water. I highly recommend it

'A Spectacular view that comes at a cost'
I received good service from prestige villas as they were always on hand to help out. It was a bit disappointing to find out that it was totally out of season and not just early season so a lot of things were not yet available such as boat hire or the boat trips in corfu and many of the restaurants.
I was also under the impression that the pool would be heated and then surprised to find out that this cost 57 euros a day. In the book in the villa it says 35 euros a day - so needs updating. But I was not informed of this when I booked and looked back at the booking and could find no mention of this.
The villa is amazing and has a fantastic view, but driving in corfu and especially up to the villa and onto the drive of the property is not for the faint hearted. Being a seasoned London driver I thought I would cope with anything, however the corfu roads and steep hairpin bends are something else. The drive up to the property is really very steep and needs to be navigated well. All in all tho I would definitely use the company again and I would rent the same villa - but maybe take someone who is a very confident driver, or just get cabs.

'Views to die for '
Second stay at Pelagos and it was just as good as the first. Take one look at the view and you can feel your BP dropping! Seriously gorgeous location with jaw dropping views and a really comfortable villa. We shall be back !

'The Best Villa'
The best villa we’ve stayed in for so many reasons; the extraordinary view, the comfortable and stylish accommodation, the thoughtful extras like food, cleaning products, loo roll etc. It was easy to contact and ask for help via WhatsApp. The directions were thorough. 'Amazing villa in Nissaki'
Just returned from our stay at Villa Pelegos where we had a wonderful time. The villa was amazing and the surrounding area of Nissaki was very beautiful. The view was outstanding, infinity pool perfect for cooling off, & all the rooms in the villa were spacious with good air conditioning. We had a great time hiring a boat for the day to explore the coast line, ate out in stunning taverna locations, visited Corfu Town and Aqualand. We loved it, thank you.

A lovely villa in a great position up above Nissaki with spectacular views. The Villa was perfect for a family of 5, spotlessly clean and well thought out with bathrooms for each bedroom, comfortable beds and amazing views from every room. Though quite a small outside area, the infinity pool was lovely and enough space for loungers and a good sized table for eating outside. There was a really helpful folder of information on beaches, taverna’s etc as well as local boat hire and we loved exploring the coast from Nissaki up towards Kassiopi trying out many of the Vila owners recommendations. We would love to come back.

'Five Stars for all'
Annabelle and her staff are as friendly as they are professional; they lived up to our hopes and expectations in every way, as did Villa Pelagos in Nissaki. Covid caused our holiday to be put off a year, meaning some extra red tape and paperwork for everyone but everything went well. Great communication, quick replies, no problems. I can recommend everything about Prestige Villas, down to the Villa Cat, Jack!

'Perfect Corfu Holiday Villa '
This Villa has everything you need for your stay. It has a view beyond what you can imagine, it is tucked away in the hills but still really close to everything. The villa itself is very well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and eating and every thing is just so well thought out. The design and build offers absolute comfort and privacy. The finish and furnishings are absolute luxury. We were there for a week and loved every minute. Aphrodite, she closest shop, has every thing you need and I can recommend them as well. But, as others have said. The initial drive up was an experience but well worth it for the view and the villa.

'Perfect Pelagos'
Beautiful villa in a fantastic location with breathtaking views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! The villa was really well equipped with everything we could need. Having a few welcome groceries was a nice unexpected surprise. There was even a bottle of chilled white wine in the fridge which we enjoyed on the terrace with lunch - perfect! Would highly recommend.

'A Joy to Re-Visit'
This was our second holiday at Villa Pelagos and everything was just as wonderful as it was the first time! We enjoyed re-visiting our favourite places and tavernas as well as trying out some new ones. We hired a boat again for a day, this time spending a leisurely lunch in San Stephano. We love the pebble beach in Nissaki where the crystal clear, turquoise waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling. This villa is an absolute joy to visit and I'm sure we will return for a third time very soon.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the kitchen is full of everything you could need, with a nice barbeque outside also. The Pool was cleaned regularly but the we had to make a special arrangement to have the Villa cleaned just once, due to the Covid-19 precautions in place on the Island. We used the company's own online shopping service to fill the fridge with food and drink which was there on arrival. The drive is very steep in places which was a problem the first time up with five people and suitcases in the car - everyone out! Once practised i didn't have any problems getting up and down over the two weeks.

'Spectacular Views!'
Villa Pelagos is fabulous in every way and we highly recommend it! Its location high on the hill above Nissaki has fantastic views, super restaurants nearby, a choice of shops selling fresh fruit, veg and bread and most other things you would need for lunches or to cook if you choose to eat in or bbq at the villa. We enjoyed snorkelling in the local coves, hiring a boat to explore the coastline and jet skiing in Dassia. A day was spent exploring Northern Corfu in our hire car. The villa is sparkling clean and extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Outside, the pool is great for swimming and cooling off with lovely safe steps for children, lots of outdoor furniture including good quality sun loungers. Shade is provided by the verandas and two large parasols. We would recommend hiring a car with enough power to cope with the steep drive up to the villa - it is a bit daunting when you first arrive but by the second or third day it seems much more manageable. Prestige Villas made the booking process straight forward and make themselves easily accessible to answer and queries or problems during the stay. We look forward to another holiday at Villa Pelagos one day!

'Spectacular Views!'
The steep winding climb to the villa was rewarded with spectacular views! The villa itself is tastefully furnished & extremely well equipped. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday has been provided. There are some excellent restaurants & bars nearby and a very well stocked supermarket & bakery just down the road. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

We have stayed In some great villas and Villa Pelagos is right at the top of our list. We had a fantastic time and we will definitely be back again!
The views are stunning - better than the photographs suggest - and combined with the peaceful surroundings this truly is an idyllic place to stay.
The villa is modern, clean, very comfortable, and finished to a very high standard, and it is also equipped with everything you could reasonably need. You sense that the owners really want your stay to be special.
In this part of Corfu you need a car to visit the many wonderful villages, beaches, and superb restaurants in the area. However when you don’t want to drive, the local shops, bars and family-run restaurants in Nissaki offer friendly service and authentic Greek menus - or you can just order a pizza to be delivered. The local supermarket will even collect you to do your shopping and take you back to the villa!
We have rarely enjoyed a holiday so much as the one we spent at ills Pelagius this year. Thank you!

'Beautiful Haven'
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tasteful well appointed villa. Kitchen was very well equipped and took the chore away from cooking. Spent a few evenings home relaxing and soaking up the wonderful view and sunset. Got used to the windy drive up the hill but as previously mentioned would have been less daunting with a more powerful car (we had a Fiat Punto). Definitely a place to return to.

'Amazing'
Villa Pelagos was a beautiful, clean, and amazing place to spend our first 3 days in Corfu. The view was spectacular, the bed comfortable, bathroom large and spacious, and the service of Prestige Villas was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and lounge on the patio / pool area to enjoy the full moon in the evenings with the lights of Corfu and the boats below. Our only issue was trying to drive to the villa at night and having a "weak" rental car that struggled to get up the steep hills. This has nothing to do with the villa itself but just a recommendation to get a rental car with some power. The location was a great point to explore the surrounding beaches (we recommend Barbati as an easy, relaxing day!). We would definitely return to Villa Pelagos!

'Loved it..'
The location and views from this villa are immense, stunning. It is also furnished to a really high standard so is comfortable and really well equipped. The bedrooms are a good size particularly the master bedroom and ensuite which are luxurious. The internet when we were there could not cope with our four children's internet demands and as the TV works off the internet you could not watch it as it was buffering all the time. This was a minor issue for us but should be improved. The driveway is also super steep which when you first drive it is a bit daunting but you get used to it, just keep your speed up. Overall we loved the villa and would certainly consider it again.

Villa Pelagos is beautifully situated overlooking the sea Nissaki harbour and beyond to Corfu town. The villa is well equipped and when we arrived the welcome pack was...... very welcome indeed.....bread milk cheese meats fruit simple but really well put together and a generous gesture. The views are amazing...breathtaking indeed transporting... Altogether a lovely place to stay...we will be back.

Villa Pelagos is a beautiful property with panoramic views of the Albanian coastline and Corfu bay. It is a very well appointed , spacious and tastefully furnished villa with exceptionally comfortable beds! There are also several different seating areas depending on whether you require sun or shade, all with wonderful views. 'A Dream of a Villa'
This villa is a dream. Perfectly located, decorated with passion, well maintained, nothing to wish for. Nice swimming pool, good terrace with amazing view, bbq, fine living room, good bedrooms, excellent kitchen with 3 different coffeemachines etc. Close to nice beaches, restaurants and to Corfu town. If you want to relax and have a perfect stay, this is your place. ( I sound like the house owner, but I am not). If there is one small remark than I could mention that the matrassess are a bit too soft, but this also depends what you are used to.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful, new stylish villa nestled in the hills above Nisaki harbour. Stunning far reaching views looking across to Albania, Greece and Corfu town can be seen from all rooms and are really breathtaking. Pelagos is a comfortable, well equipped villa offering everything you need from a holiday home. Just 3 minutes drive down the hill we enjoyed visiting a choice of good restaurants, bars, and pizzeria, there is also a supermarket and pharmacy. It is in a great location for walking and for driving to the many lovely beaches, the well known Agni and Glyfa just 10 minutes away. Wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Pelegos is well appointed with an open plan living / dining area...doors open out to the sunny terrace with pool beyond and of course the views which are stunning.
The Villa is well equipped and the friendly local shop stocks everything you may need plus there is a small artisan pizzeria which will make deliveries!
