The magnificent 'Hilltop Estate' overlooks the crystal waters of the Ionian Sea and stands in its own grove of more than a hundred ancient olive trees. Set just back from the sea has stunning 360 degree views across the strait to mainland Greece and Albania, as well as inland to the totally unspoilt Aghios Markos valley. Set within its own grove of more than a hundred centuries old olive trees, the location offers total privacy and peace. The house has all the elegance and intimate style of an old Corfiot mansion, yet its recent construction ensures every possible modern amenity, including internet connections throughout, satellite television, ipod docking stations and air-conditioned bedrooms.
Outside, numerous terraces, both covered and open, are the perfect places from which to admire the spectacular view. From the house a stone path winds down through sweet smelling shrubs to the swimming pool set within the olive grove. Here you can tan yourself on one of the numerous sun beds or relax in the shade of an ancient olive tree. The pool water is salt-filtered and chemical-free and leaves your skin feeling wonderful. With its fabulous views and zen-like calm, once here you may never want to leave!
A charming pool pavilion offers comfortable, deep-cushioned seating and low tables. This the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, an informal meal or just while away the afternoon with a book. Here you will also find changing facilities, indoor and outdoor showers, a loo, fridge, ipod docking station, sound system and internet connection.
Inside, the house is decorated with exquisite taste: beautiful antiques and stunning paintings mix effortlessly with fresh orchids, hand-painted bed covers, sumptuous linen and masses of books. The overall elegance and attention to detail, together with an atmosphere of relaxed informality, give the feeling of an exquisite luxury boutique hotel - but within the privacy of your own home.

- Separate Two Bedroom Cottage with double bedroom leading to twin Bedroom (ideal for a family), shared bathroom and private terrace, steps leading down to the olive grove and swimming pool.
- Large 15 x 4.5 meter infinity edge pool with salt filter.
- Spacious sun-bathing area with sun-loungers and choice of sun and shade from the olive trees.
- Open-sided pool pavilion with tiled roof and cushioned seating around three sides. Low tables, fridge and cupboard for drinks etc. Separate sound system.

The cosmopolitan resort of Ipsos with its long narrow shingle beach and shallow waters attracts a multitude of ages. The resort itself has a great selection of both traditional and international restaurants running the long stretch of the promenade and on the beach a good choice of sunloungers and parasols to rent hosted by one of the many bars along the coastal road. It's a vibrant resort particulary during July & August and is the hub of nightlife for guests staying along the North East coast who are looking for a atmospheric evening out. During the day there are plenty of activities available Waterhoppers is one of the most popular diving centres in Corfu and for those looking for watersports and fun activies Ipsos Water Centre has some great family activies. Too many restaurants to mention but a firm favourite with us is Moby Dicks.
