This beautifully furnished villa is the second home to it's British owners. Although only it's second year on the rental market our sister company Prestige Villa Management has cared for this property since it was constructed in 2008. Villa Alyssa is located just above the village of Nissaki in the area of Viglatsouri, an excellent location to enjoy this enchanting corner of Corfu which attracts so many 'celebs' each year. The views from both the terraces and the spacious balconies are spectacular. The turquoise sea stretches out below and one can sit for hours enjoying the sailing boats returning to the marina or the sight of cruise liners arriving into Corfu Town just across the bay. The grounds are extremely private with extensive patio areas around the large pool and with lots of shaded patio areas to relax in the olive groves. The interior of the villa has been lovingly furnished to an exceptionally high standard with the majority of the furniture being shipped from abroad resulting in good quality mattresses ensuring a comfortable nights sleep.
The villa has a high quality well equipped kitchen with centre island, all units with granite worktops, fully fitted integral electrical appliances and a large fridge freezer. The open plan lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen wall mounted TV. There are three very nicely furnished bedrooms, all of which are en-suite.
For those who enjoy dining at home, there is a large brick built BBQ and two separate outside dining areas enjoying wonderful views of the sea.

The recent addition of two sets of large concertina windows in the sitting room enhances the amazing view which can now be enjoyed from all corners of the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Other: Mosquito nets to all windows! wifi internet Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels & Linen are included and replaced midway through stays of 10 nights or more, although arrangements can be made for additional housekeeping, in house catering & welcome packs (recommended for late night arrivals). Accessibility: The villa is not suitable for persons with walking difficulties due to the steps down to the villa. |

Nissaki is one, if not the most poplular areas on the whole of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a three kilometre stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkling. Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach down by the harbour. It's the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955. Located on the coastal road you will find the well stocked Aphrodite Supermarket, a bakery, ATM machine and a little further along the road a small selection of tavernas. On the coastal road between Nissaki & the popular resort of Barbati, is the very popular waterfront restaurant 'Glyfa Taverna' Built on the rocks that lead down to the sea, the restaurant is on three levels with views across the sea towards Corfu Town. Anthoula does all the cooking and the staff here are extremely friendly. Lunch is served daily from 12 noon and dinner until 11pm. There are also sunbeds here for free.
