Villa Aurora, part of our Barbati Ocean View Villas, is a well appointed 2 storey from the rear and 3 storey from the front and is fully equipped to a very high standard and enjoys spectacular views of the sea and over to Corfu Town. Extremely spacious with three bedrooms, the master suite occupying the whole of the top floor with a lounge area and a walk in dressing room and en-suite shower room. A further two bedrooms, a double on the middle floor & a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor, both with their private shower rooms. The advantage of Aurora is the large entertainment area with a table tennis table which is a great area for teenagers to hang out. For guests who enjoy catering for themselves, the villas have a very well equipped kitchen with full Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher & full Fridge Freezer. Villa Aurora has it's own private splash pool with jacuzzi system, sun-loungers and umbrellas, a BBQ. A dining table is located on the balcony enjoying spectacular views of the resort, beach and the sea.
The villas are in a perfect position for guests who want a 'Car Free Holiday' as the villas are located in the centre of the village on the high street where there are lots of traditional taverna's serving excellent home-cooked food. In addition, the fantastic white beach of Barbati is a 2 minute walk away where you will find some really great Beach Side Restaurants and Chill-out Bars. Barbati has a real 'holiday resort' feel to it with a good choice of small supermarkets selling all your daily essentials and beach accessories. The villas do have a number of steps so not ideal for clients with walking difficulties.

Accessibility The villas are not suitable for persons with walking difficulties due to the steps up to, in and around the villa. Outside Swimming pool surrounded with patio areas. A lush landscape
This village in northeast Corfu wins hearts for its pretty mountain backdrop and white shingle beach, which stretches for almost 2 kilometres. The main street has all the essentials – tavernas and a supermarket, as well as the odd gift shop. And the views are something else – you can see across the bay to Corfu Town, as well as catching an eyeful of Albanian coastline. Blue Flag winner The beach is a 2 minute stroll down the road opposite. Tucked away from the road, it’s considered the best on the east coast and one of the nicest in all Corfu. It’s charmingly undeveloped – you’ve got just shallow, clear waters, pine trees and, unusually, the remains of an ancient church. There are loungers and umbrellas for hire if you want them, or it’s easy to find yourself a secluded spot. |
Near Corfu Town There are regular buses to the island capital, Corfu Town, about 20 kilometres away. Getting lost in the labyrinthine Campiello, or old town, is all part of the fun here. And this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, complete with museums, churches and a 16th-century fortress. Sooner or later you’ll end up at the Liston, an Italian-style colonnade lined with fancy cafés. |

'A Memorable Family Holiday!'
Villa Artemis is an exceptional property with fabulous views and a superb swimming pool, overlooking the beautiful Agni bay. We area a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we’ve just spent 9 memorable days here. The weather has been very hot so we’ve enjoyed lots of time cooling off in the gorgeous swimming pool or in the sea at one of the many local bays. You can walk down from the villa to Agni bay (or drive and park) where there is a delightful pebble beach, beautiful clear water and 3 tavernas - it’s a very steep climb back, and you need to be fit, but the walk is very enjoyable. We spent a lot of time at the villa as the views and the pool are just so fabulous but there are many days out you could have from here, most of which are within a 40 minute drive. A hire car from the airport is essential as the villa is about 1.5km up a steep hill from the main road and the local shops are not within walking distance. The villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The three bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and all rooms in the property have air conditioning (essential in August!). The outside area has plenty of tables, chairs and sun loungers strategically placed for sun or shade and there is also a bbq area. The balcony off the living room and master bedroom also has seating - great for watching the sunrise or enjoying an evening drink. All communications with Pretige villas were excellent and we would highly recommend this property.

'On Top of The World!'
Everything you have read about the view is spot-on ! The position of Artemis really is out of this world. We had a wonderful holiday! The villa is wonderfully equipped and Jane and her team always on hand to help with any issues. One suggestion we thought of would be to provide the villa with a couple of zap bats. There were a few pesky wasps! Thank you for a lovely week. Top tip - set an alarm to wake up for the sunrise - it was v special.

'The best holiday.'
Świetnie wyposażona willa, w kuchni wszystko, co potrzebne w domu, toster, blender, mikrofalówka, nawet dodatkowa chłodziarka na napoje. Misy, miski, szkło wszelkiego typu. Ogromnym zaskoczeniem był tzw. wielkomiejskiego pack czyli w lodówce 6-pak piwa, wino, podstawowe produkty spożywcze. Usytuowanie gwarantuje niezwykle doznania wizualne i pełną dyskrecję.

A well-equipped villa, in the kitchen everything you need at home, toaster, blender, microwave, even an additional refrigerator for drinks. Bowls, glass of all types. A huge surprise was the Welcome Pack in the fridge 6-pack of beer, wine, basic food products. The location guarantees an extremely visual experience and full discretion.

'Großzügige Villa mit toller Aussicht - Spacious villa with great views'
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir früher als angekündigt im Haus ankamen. Die Agentur ist sehr hilfreich und war auch leicht zu erreichen, als wir Probleme mit der Spülmaschine und mit heißem Wasser hatten und sofort einen Techniker schickten. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht so und es war ein bisschen kalt im Haus. Ein wenig half die Klimaanlage, die wir nutzen sollten, da die Heizung wahrscheinlich nicht in Betrieb war, aber der Raum im Erdgeschoss war sehr kühl, was sich sicherlich positiv auf die Wärme auswirkt. Wenn die Sonne schien, war die Aussicht einfach großartig und Sie können sich entspannen, da es genügend Liegen gibt. Der Pool war sauber, aber kalt. Wi-Fi funktionierte gut. Es war jetzt (April) Vorsaison und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte waren noch geschlossen, was für uns kein Problem war. Wetterbedingt würden wir im Sommer lieber nach Korfu fliegen.

We were received very friendly, although we arrived earlier than announced at the house. The agency is very helpful and was also easy to reach when we had problems with the dishwasher and hot water and immediately sent a technician. Unfortunately, the weather did not play that way and it was a bit cold in the house. A little helped the air conditioning, we should use, since the heating was probably not in operation, but the room on the ground floor has been very cool, which is certainly beneficial in the heat. When the sun was shining, the view was just great and you can relax, since there are enough pool chairs available. The pool was clean, but cold. Wi-Fi worked well. It was now (April) preseason and many restaurants and shops were still closed, which was not a problem for us. In terms of weather conditions, we would rather fly to Corfu in the summer.

'On Top of The World!'
Everything you have read about the view is spot-on ! The position of Artemis really is out of this world. We had a wonderful holiday! '2nd Stay in Barbati'
This is our second summer staying at Prestige Villas. We highly recommend Prestige Villas as Jane is extremely helpful and quick in responding to all questions. This was our first time at Villa Aurora. There are many steps to reach the Villa from the main road, but once there, the view is amazing. We enj oyed the small pool in which to cool down after a long day at the beach and my teenagers enjoyed the ping pong downstairs. The master bedroom suite on the top floor is spacious and you can sit and watch the sunset from the balcony. There is a grocery store located nearby, several restaurants a short walk down the road and it is approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We did not have a car and were able to walk everywhere at Barbati Beach.

'Very Happy'
Villa is really new and freshly equipped and that gave good emotions. We stayed there with 4 adults and 3 kids so it was enough space for all of us. View from the balconies and pool are really amazing. Excellent service, staff was very helpful.
Kitchen is really small (exactly the same size as it is in pictures) be aware about that if you are planning to spend more time in kitchen instead of going to restaurants. But it's really well equipped.
Distance to the beach is small, but villa is on the hill and you will have to climb when coming back, so it the end of our trip we used a car to go there and back. Car is really needed particularly if you want to look around and/or go for shopping to larger food store.
In general we were very happy about villa, service, location, and would be considering to come back.
There were two disappointing things - bad weather (it was raining half of our stay - in June!) and construction works close to the villa (but they were about to finish everything when we were leaving).

'Very Happy'

The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which are very well equipped and the beds are comfortable and the towels and bedding high quality. The kitchen is compact but fully functional. The balconies are lovely and the views are stunning. The master suite is very spacious and luxurious. We had a car which we found we needed as we like to have an explore around, plus we did drive up and back from the beach a few times!
