Pelekas Cottage is tucked away in a peaceful Olive Grove less than a 5 minute drive from the hip and trendy village of Pelekas which is famed for it's colourful atmosphere. During the summer the village is bursting with life and local bands play in the village square opposite the popular Zanzibar tavern.
With it's flagged floors, reclaimed stone walls and cathedral ceilings Pelekas Cottage has been built to traditional style yet has every modern convenience one would expect from a villa of today. There is lovely under covered outside dining area and a brick build BBQ
A perfect choice for couples seeking a peaceful retreat or families looking for a central base which is less than a five minute drive to one of Corfu's most beautiful sandy beaches 'Kontoyiolos'.
For thrill seekers, Aqualand, Europes largest Water Park is just over a five minute drive away and for the Golfers Corfu's excellent course is a mere 10 minute drive. The Cottage is one of three linked detached, and boasts a private pool with plenty of patio areas giving adequate space for sunbathing or outside dining. It is comfortably furnished and both bedrooms have local traditional hand-made Iron Beds.
