Our family had a lovely week at Waterside. The Villa was comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing break. The grounds and the pool were perfect as was the view across to the harbour. The location was good with an easy walk into Gouvia and short bus/taxi ride the Corfu Old Town. Prestige Villas staff were friendly, professional and always available if needed.

Our family had a lovely week at Waterside. The Villa was comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing break. 'Great villa for a relaxing break'
A lovely comfortable, modern villa in a good location for walking to shops, bars, tavernas and a small beach. A decent size pool and plenty of sun beds in the garden and nice views across the marina (especially at sunset). No car required as plenty to do in the vicinity and a regular bus to get you into Corfu town. We booked our transfer with Spiridula, through Prestige Villas, and she was so helpful. Would definitely recommend booking through Prestige as customer service is excellent. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Waterside. Highly recommended.

'Great villa for a relaxing break'
A lovely comfortable, modern villa in a good location for walking to shops, bars, tavernas and a small beach. A decent size pool and plenty of sun beds in the garden and nice views across the marina (especially at sunset). No car required as plenty to do in the vicinity and a regular bus to get you into Corfu town. We booked our transfer with Spiridula, through Prestige Villas, and she was so helpful. Would definitely recommend booking through Prestige as customer service is excellent. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Waterside. Highly recommended.

'Perfect relaxing week at Waterside'
Our week at Waterside was so lovely; starting with the very friendly taxi driver who picked us up from the airport (arranged through Prestige Villas). The villa was spacious and clean and perfectly located for us, as we decided not to hire a car. We were within easy walking distance of a couple of restaurants (Brunos on the beach especially good) plus a great local shop and supermarket. We hired a boat from the jetty at the Kontokali Beach Resort Hotel, for a beautiful trip up the North East Coast. The pool was great, with lovely views over Gouvia Marina. Would definitely recommend Waterside and Prestige Villas.

'Perfect relaxing week at Waterside'

'Waterside Villa'
Lovely villa. Beautiful views of the marina from the main bedroom, particularly at night. Very well equipped. Lovely swimming pool, automatically lit in the evenings. Fig tree that was abundant with delicious fresh figs. Lovely outdoor eating area.
Grounds a tiny bit “tired” in areas, particularly around the BBQ and on the border with the neighbouring property.
Beach, taverna and shop all within easy walking distance. Really nice breakfasts 100M or so up the road towards the fish restaurant - easily missed so look out for the signs :)

'Waterside Villa'

'Waterside'
Waterside is a very nice, modern and comfortable Villa situated in a good location close to the beach, local amenities and the marina. The ratings I have given the Villa are all very good with the exception of the gardens and grounds which do need some attention.
Jane and Annabelle of Prestige were both very helpful in responding to our requests along with Alexander the Villa owner who is keen to sort the gardens.
Considering we visited Corfu from the 2nd August 20, just after the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted in Greece we enjoyed a good family holiday on this lovely safe island.

'Waterside'

'Fabulous'

'Perfect for Relaxing'
Beautiful villa in nice quiet location. 1 min walk from small beach, less than 5 mins to tavernas and 10 to amazing bakery/patisserie and supermarket.

'I absolutely recommend stay at this villa'
We loved everything! Beautiful view, no noise from the boats. Location great, close to the lovely beach just two minutes by walk, close to the tavernas 4 minutes by walk, private pool, very clean, the pool boy came 2-3 times a week to clean It. In the beach bar really great food, every day fresh mussels, fishes etc. The house is very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. Was on the phone to help us with anything we needed. It was really good holiday time here.
Next time we will order daily cleaning of the house rather than twice a week with 4 children and sandy beach!

Fabulous stay, villa perfectly located for our needs and very well equipped. Would have welcomed a comment book where previous guests could pass on recommendations regarding taxi info, eating out, sightseeing etc. for 'first timers' to the area. Maybe extra pillows available in bedroom wardrobes should they be required. Would have no hesitation recommending the villa or Prestige Villas - excellent service! ( and this comes from a travel agent!!)

I would recommend renting through Prestige Villas as Jane is great, but not the actual Villa, too many problems. Use the guide provided by Prestige!! It is FANTASTIC, we were not disappointed with the recommendations. Agni beach, and the recommended taverna is a MUST!!

You were our very first clients to stay at the brand new 'Waterside' and I admit there were teething problems which I can't apologise enough for. I would recommend renting through Prestige Villas as Jane is great, but not the actual Villa, too many problems. Use the guide provided by Prestige!! It is FANTASTIC, we were not disappointed with the recommendations. Agni beach, and the recommended taverna is a MUST!!
